Success Landscape of Arizona, our former landscape company, failed to respond or correct issues we had with our water consumption this past summer (2021) for 3 months while we were at our other residence out of state. Despite numerous texts, emails, and/or phone calls concerning our high water ********************* failed to respond or attempt to correct the issue. We have attached our email to ****** detailing timelines of our correspondence with him. His being unresponsive cost us an excess of $700 in water bills compared to the previous summer (2020). When we finally told him that we were going to file a complaint and post on social media he finally responded with a phone call asking us how he could resolve the issue. He agreed to pay the $700 that we had in excess water bills but asked that he could spread it out over 3 months. He paid $200 for the first month and nothing after that. Each phone call resulted in him saying he would pay by the end of the week but he failed to come through with any more payments. This has been a pattern with him, which is more of the issue than anything. The attached water usage charts show the water consumption for one of the months compared to when we returned which was on October 4th. The water company could not explain the high usage and said that it was unusually high. The change in consumption after we returned could only have been from the landscapers adjusting the timer when they were told when we were going to return. The timer that was set for watering was obviously more than it should have been and if he had spent any time exploring the problem, he would have been able to correct it and we would not have had the excessive water bills. The water usage was strictly for the landscape as nobody resided in the house during the summer months.Business response

I gave her a total of 2 payments and I should have it paid off in full by this Friday 04/15/22.
