    Hello,I hired State 48 Pool for weekly maintenance on my pool. I started to notice debris on my pool floor. When I asked **** (owner of State 48) if quality of service was going down because I noticed shorter visits and no vacuuming being done he became angry that I would suspect such a thing and then attempted to troubleshoot the issue.I believe **** took my complaint personally and was pretty agressive and unkind in troubleshooting the problem. He told me that he'd only vacuum monthly and that my filters were dirty and causing the poor suction and debris on the floor.I was skeptical this was the problem and told him that my filters were just cleaned before he took over, 4-5 months prior. I told him I thought suction was fine but agreed to have the filters cleaned anyway.Cleaning the filters didn't correct the problem as suspected. Suction didn't change at all. He then asked me what I wanted to do. He now wanted to blame my vacuum. He told me he completely disassembled the vacuum twice and couldn't find anything wrong with it. The minute I looked at it I could see it the rubber feet were worn. I ordered new shoes from Amazon and the robot runs beautifully. I also had to actually reduce the suction because **** cranked it up so high thinking that would fix the vacuum.**** then posted carefully selected parts of our email conversation on ******** with my name, phone number and address. (I have attached the conversation and the postings)He then threatened to blackball me from with all local pool techs because in his words, "we are a tight knit group and we talk".I think this is a crazy response for a reasonable complaint and I would like my personal information taken of his page.
