Worst business ever. I have never seen so many unprofessional men in my life. I told them I didnt need a roof. They spit on my doorstep and then threw their cigarette butts on my lawn. They are disgusting. If thats how they treat people they just met, imagine what they would do to my roof.

This company cashed my insurance money checks written to me and never returned to fix anything. They stole ****** dollars.

Below is an e-mail sent to whom I believe to be the Owner of this Company, who then proceeded to ignore the e-mail response back to him, just as his Employees ignored us, GHOSTED us... "Well. I would like for you to know that the two (2) of them were Adjusters who were going door to door to door in our Neighborhood knocking on doors such as ours, despite our HUGE NO Soliciting sign, trying to get people to get the roofs replaced because of the BIG hail storm we had had up here in Prescott where we live. This was back in November of 2021. *** inspected our roof, stating that we had a "40-year" roof and so it could not be replaced, but that other portions of it could be plus the roof of our girls' Play House could be replaced. He also came back another time to inspect our skylight and was to submit that to our ****************** They never did, never did, never did. Couldn't get a hold of them, Couldn't get a hold of them, Couldn't get a hold of them. ******** was then supposed to come back out, help us, got Covid of course and then the two of them came back at us with, "SORRY, WE CAN'T HELP YOU BECAUSE WE DO NOT DO PARTIAL ROOFS" after already starting our "PARTIAL ROOF" Claim with us and our ***************** and we cashed the *****************'s check because our Insurance TOLD us to... we have been sitting ducks here EVER since with this open Insurance Claim because of those two Employees of yours and my Husband just let's things go, but I finally researched and found you today then. I'm not happy about this roof mess they got us into because we decided to just hear them out and do it instead of turn them, the Solicitors away and I don't know what to do almost a year later. I'm angry and I wanna give you a negative review on BBB. I don't know who they think they are, what type of Business you are all running, but... WTH, basically...??"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY "***" &/or ************ Shady practices there including ghosting their Clients & NO work!!

Very disappointed that this company fixed the roof in 2018 and only warrantied their work for 2 years. We bought the house on August 19 2022 and last night(12/28/22)I heard water dripping in the spare bedroom. A roofer came out because we couldn't get ahold of this company. When they finally called back their response was sorry its only warrantied for 2 years. The other roofer we called found that the ** unit could be the culprit but when we had the ** company come out they said that the shingles(that were replaced in 2018) were just slapped on the roof not overlapping as they should be around the area near the **(where the original issue was in 2018). Nothing had been replaced or renovated since we purchased the home or since 2018. There is also other water damage in the attic area and we were told the shingles are a 25 year shingle. I understand wear and tear but this is crazy. I unfortunately don't have a money tree so....

Worked with Public Adjuster who works with/for a roofing co. *************** did good job. Public adjuster is unprofessional. Company holds check for removal/reinstall of my solar which proceeded the roof repair. Public adjuster refuses to issue funds so I can pay solar company. Company has failed to issue me a **** for the work. Bills issued look to include solar payment to them with no mention of payment for solar work
