            I first came to this place 7/2023 to get help with my 2020 taxes as an amendment was needed. Taylor was polite and sounded knowledgeable about the process. She offered to help do 2021 and 2022 taxes with the 2020 amendment. I went from expecting a refund to owing it since 2020 hasnt been corrected. I have called Taylor several times, left voicemails, texts as her vm says for faster response text and email and shes unresponsive. She asked me to wait and its now been a year with no adjustment or update on this matter and Im now being sent to collections. She said she requested an extension for 2023 taxes as I didnt want to do them until the previous were fixed and she hasnt sent me prove of it either. Last year she couldnt talk to the *** saying the tax season was closed and so far this year no update, prove of extension request or any type of communication.
