On April 2nd 2024, I started my 2018 **** F150 raptor and there was a loud rattling noise coming from the exhaust.Also on April 2, I drop the **** raptor off at the Bullhead dealership to get the problem resolved They had it for two weeks and they told me that they would not resolve the exhaust issue as it wasnt hindering the performance of the vehicle.On April 17, I picked up the vehicle. The rattling noise got much worse. And it started blowing white smoke.On April 20 I had to get the vehicle towed back to the dealership for the exhaust issue and blowing white smoke.They fixed the turbo that blew out, but still did not fix the exhaust issue.On April 29, I picked up the vehicle. And I drove it for a couple days. I noticed it started overheating and leaking antifreeze. Also, the exhaust issue is getting much worse.On May 3, I had to have the vehicle Towed back to the dealership.On all the occasions of the vehicle being there, they never gave me a loaner truck absolutely refused to. Its my company truck and It put me in quite a bind. I cant afford to keep making the truck payment and paying for a rental vehicle as well.Also on Occasions, they were not communicative with me on the process. I called them multiple times they wouldnt answer and when they did give me a date they were still not ready for me to pick up the vehicle till several days later.When you pick up a vehicle from the service department, it should not break down after a few days. But it happened to me on two different occasions. Im starting to get very frustrated with this whole ordeal.
