My disabled ******* vet father was brought into ** July 18,2022 for renal failure. He was admitted but was left in the ** without a room. We have videos of the room uncleanliness. After he finally got a room we discovered the drapes separating the 2 beds had slung & dried ***** matter. The rooms ****************** were filthy & I was on my ************* cleaning my dads room after waiting 4 days and no one cleaning to hospital standards. His dentures came up missing too & that is infringing his ability to eat nutritionally July 27, 2022 my dad fell during night shift & when my mom came in the next morning no medical staff advised us of the fall- my dads elbows were ************** on the sheets too. (We have pictures) also inserting that numerous times he has ***** matter left on his sheets. Staff did not properly track *************** nor did they track his blood pressure routinely. . But I digress; back to the fall- the day nurse stated my dad didnt fall but when we pressed for explanation THEN we found out the events my dad described were correct & factual. Shortly after - coincidence or not- but he was transported to a hospital in ********* ** . Not having proper treatment and the loss of my dads dentures is unacceptable! I will end with this - this is the worst hospital Ive ever seen & it needs to be addressed ASAP. Thanks for your ********** bless - looking forward to hearing back with resolution.
