Ordered a sewing machine manual in PDF format. Paid with PayPal. Did not receive the product. I attempted to call the phone number on their website and received a message saying that the call cannot be completed as dialed.Initial Complaint

On April 27, 2023 I paid $9.99 for a sewing machine manual. It said on their site that they manually go through orders and so may take some time to send an email with the download link. I waited until May 7th to send an email asking about it only to find out the email information I received through PayPal doesn't work. I requested a refund through PayPal and received that.On May 17th I received two emails from them, one with the link and one telling me they found my order in their spam folder apologizing for the late response and to close the PayPal dispute. Nearly a full month from the initial purchase date. The refund had already gone through on the 7th so there is no dispute to close, I will not be downloading the product because this site is already suspicious enough, I don't need to deal with a computer virus too.Initial Complaint

FAKE I purchased an item they listed on their shopping site and evidently they do not exist as I paid with PayPal and the info. from PayPal( LRB Services, The receiver of this payment is Verified, http://www.sewusa.com, ******************************** ************) is FAKE The web address results in SITE NOT FOUND and the email address gets no response. I did not try to call as I did not want them to have my phone number as well.Initial Complaint

On November 11, 2021 I purchased a PDF Download from LRB services at the cost of $11.99 for a "********** ***** 1950 instructional manual PDF download (**********)" The problem is that I phoned customer support and received a prerecorded message stating that the number was no longer in service. I also emailed them too. No response. Seller's number ***** ******** Sellers email ****************
