    In the casino, I hit a jackpot and in my extra games afterwards I hit other jackpots that were not even calculated in the machine, the machine was was actually not paying what I was I multiplied my games in in my free games I use the multiplier and I would hit payouts that were like 18 times that should have been thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars that would pay fractions of what it should have been. I was trying to take pictures and get help and no one came. they said that I played too many games after they came and reset the machine.I still had money in it and upon trying to get help from casino staff I got no results. Payout was incorrect, machine was malfunctioning, and they they act like it was my fault the day don't have it recording of it because I played when they came and reset it.I thought that they had everything recorded. thank you ************ **************************** I'm having a hard time filing this complaint from a phone, very frustrated no one's helping me gaming commission wants me to try and go resolve it with the people that I'd already talked to please help

    Worst customer service ever. ********************************************* "lodge" is falsely advertised, it is dirty and upkept. If you stay at the lodge you're not allowed to use the casino pool. It took an hour and a half for us to check in, then when we found the lodge pool was disgusting, I called to see if we could upgrade to the casino so my daughter could swim. I was on hold for 38 minutes and then told they'd call me back, they never did! There was hair in the bathroom, the sink didn't drain, an empty beer can on our back patio and ants inside the room! You have to go to the casino to check in, no staff is available at the lodge. They don't clean your rooms unless it's your check our day! Then, they charged my parents TWICE fir the whole stay and you can get anyone on the phone to help!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
