In the casino, I hit a jackpot and in my extra games afterwards I hit other jackpots that were not even calculated in the machine, the machine was was actually not paying what I was I multiplied my games in in my free games I use the multiplier and I would hit payouts that were like 18 times that should have been thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars that would pay fractions of what it should have been. I was trying to take pictures and get help and no one came. they said that I played too many games after they came and reset the machine.I still had money in it and upon trying to get help from casino staff I got no results. Payout was incorrect, machine was malfunctioning, and they they act like it was my fault the day don't have it recording of it because I played when they came and reset it.I thought that they had everything recorded. thank you ************ **************************** I'm having a hard time filing this complaint from a phone, very frustrated no one's helping me gaming commission wants me to try and go resolve it with the people that I'd already talked to please helpInitial Complaint

The check in staff charged my debit card $50.00 causing me a $35.00 dollar over draft fee. And my hotel room was free and the cliff castle waived all fees and then the night staff didn't read the note on their computer stating that I had a complimentary hotel stay. The night staff was very rude too me and my husband and we would like another free hotel stay
