Worst customer service ever. ********************************************* "lodge" is falsely advertised, it is dirty and upkept. If you stay at the lodge you're not allowed to use the casino pool. It took an hour and a half for us to check in, then when we found the lodge pool was disgusting, I called to see if we could upgrade to the casino so my daughter could swim. I was on hold for 38 minutes and then told they'd call me back, they never did! There was hair in the bathroom, the sink didn't drain, an empty beer can on our back patio and ants inside the room! You have to go to the casino to check in, no staff is available at the lodge. They don't clean your rooms unless it's your check our day! Then, they charged my parents TWICE fir the whole stay and you can get anyone on the phone to help!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

NEVER STAY AT CLIFF CASTLE CASINO!!!! I BOOKED 6 DAYS AT THEIR LODGE. I PULLED UP TO CHECK IN THE ***** DOORS WERE TIED CLOSED, NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON AROUND. THEY HAD A NOTE CHECK IN AT THE CASINO. I DROVE TO CASINO AND I WAS TOLD THEY ARE REMODELING SO THERE IS (NO) EMPLOYEES AT THE ****** I SAID, SO THERE IS NOT ONE PERSON THAT WORKS HERE TO BE NEAR GUESTS FOR HELP, WHAT IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY! I WAS TOLD TO CALL THE ***** DESK. AFTER WE CHECKED IN, I NEEDED A BLANKET, PICKED UP THE ROOM PHONE TO CALL AND IT WAS DEAD!! I CALLED FROM MY PHONE AND IN 30 MINTUES STILL NO ANSWER, I CALLED THEIR SHUTTLE GUY NAMED **** AND ASKED IF HE KNEW HOW TO ACTAULLY GET HOLD OF A HUMAN THAT WORKS HERE. HE CALL AND THEY DID NOT ANSWER FOR HIM! SO AFTER ONE NIGHT OF CONCERN FOR OUR SAFETY. I CHECKED OUT I WAS ASKED IF ANYTHING HAPPEN, I SAID REALLY NOT THE POINT, YOU HAVE A SECURITY CAR WITH NO HUMAN AND NO ONE BOTHERED ME BUT THIS IS (NOT SAFE) FOR GUESTS! THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS RENTING ROOMS IN A PLACE THAT DOES NOT HAVE ANYONE THERE FOR HELP... IT'S NOTHING BUT GREED AND NOT SAFE!! I CALLED PRICELINE FIRST TO EXPLAIN I WAS NOT STAYING FOR 6 NIGHTS IN A UNSAFE PLACE! THEY CALLED THE ***** AND THIS MANAGER NAMED ********* AGREED TO NOT CHARGE THE WHOLE 6 NIGHTS. WHEN CHECKING OUT I WAS TOLD THE (ONLY) CHARGE WILL BE FOR ONE NIGHT AND THEY WERE WILLING TO DISCOUNT IT TO TOTAL OUT THE DOOR $62.33 FOR THE STAY! I JUST GOT HOME AND BALANCING OUT MY ACCOUNT THEY CHARGE $63.33, THEY CHARGED $469.62, THE CHARGED ANOTHER $84.73... SO A TOTAL OF $616.68... FOR 1 NIGHT STAY!!!! THE NORMAL RATE IS $119 A NIGHT! WHICH THAT ROOM WAS WORTH ABOUT $40.00!! NO REFRIGERATOR, NO SECURITY, NO MICROWAVE, NO BLANKETS TO EVEN KEEP WARM BUT SUPER THIN, NO PHONE, AND NO HUMANS ON THE PROPERTY WHERE YOU STAY AT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
