Below is an outline of what has transpired and now they claim that by requesting an address for their business they say I threatened them, and this is why I cannot have my bidding rights restored. I have tried to resolve this problem starting in Aug of 2022 and they are being very vindictive by suspending my bidding rights.After all this I now find out that my bidding rights have been suspended for not picking up the item that I paid for, tried for weeks to pick it up, was told that it was no longer available and had been disposed of by Mrs. ***** Somewhere in all this stuff someone has lied to your company regarding my payment, numerous attempts to pick up the item and what was done with the mirror after all the weeks that I tried to pick it up. Trust me when I tell you that the only misrepresentation that has occurred her is by Mrs. **** and her actions have put your company in a very poor position. I know for a fact that the State ************************ attempted to contact her regarding this matter, and she did not or would not respond to their calls or the letter that was sent to her. I also know that the BBB opened a case on this matter, but I am unable to find out where they are with their process. Why would I bother to try to pay for an item and then just not ever pick it up? I am not so rich that I can afford to just throw my money away and I am also not in the habit of wasting other peoples time as it is far to valuable to us all. I would be more that happy to share with you all the emails that I sent to ************* (to which she never replied to me once) and the other emails that I sent to the State ************************ as well and the BBB.
