Following up o complaint #********- We have not heard back yet- In addition i have a new issue to add to this complaint- March 23rd we had email conversation with ************************* my mother has no confidence in this company after the repeated issues of workmenship and they can't do tracks now they can do tracks- We requested them to come and take down the shade and remove all of they equipment- They refused to provide a full refund - which is a $6300 loss to me, i never received the wind sensor and they were supposed to bring a check for that when they removed the equipment - They scheduled original date - 14th- they cancelled and rescheduled for April 20th , the installer knew nothing about a check or refund - So now they have $6300 and we have no product or refund. I emailed *************************** on April 20th - with no response- I text the owner *******( no Response and i have never received a call or email after over 20 attempts to get this owner to speak with us. Date of transaction 9-22-21 - ******* and wind sensor added later ******( which was never delivered) - we have had over 20 calls , 5 site visits - replaced the first blind and ordered a second which was installed on **** -22 to replace the first product - the second shade was measured and designed incorrectly and hung for a second time uneven, wrinkled shade and hangs uneven by 3 inches on one side and cables are plumb to the shade and bangs into the stucco with a breeze/ wind. Since **** -22 they promised to get this resolved and fixed - we have now made over 20 calls sent 6 emails and several text messages - we received a response via email on 3-4-22 and *************************** manager was to come out 3-7-22 at 3:30- he showed up and agreed there was a. Issue and asked for ***** hours to follow up with us on next steps- we have never had a follow up email, call- I called ******************************* on 3-1 - no response - text him 3-1-22 no response - called on 3-10-22- no response , sent text message no response - sent another on 3-16-22 - no response - I have pictures and emails asking this company to work with us , fix the issue , refund part or full - - installation fails - multiple electric outlets moved , 2 shades measured and designed with issues and we still do not have what we paused for and need your help- we are exhausted with trying to get them to stand behind their workmanship and product- I have pictures and copies of emails and texts if needed - please help me I am 80 years old and dont deserve to be take advantage of and ripped off- I deserve to get what I paid for.*******************************
