      The absolute worst expensive Ive had with an auto shop. My Jeep has been sitting in the lot for 3 months untouched. *** received multiple calls claiming I need to pay different amounts for services I have not approved of. Once the actual problem was diagnosed I was presented with yet ANOTHER invoice stating I need to pay more money.I put half the payment down, was told my Jeep was going to be done in 5 days.5 days later not one person called **** have called every day since with no answer for a total of 11 days later.(on a Monday)They then told me my Jeep was going to be done NO LATER then Wednesday.Wednesday came and again, no call.I got dropped off at Middleton auto assuming my Jeep was going to be ready but was told that it was STILL wasnt. At this point I was beyond livid with the service I have been receiving so any other sane person I requested to get my keys back so I can take my business elsewhere and was denied multiple times. I asked for the owners name and was also denied the information multiple times. After 30 minutes going back and forth I was told I would get a call 9am the next day.I DID NOT RECEIVED A CALL AND HAD TO REACH OUT YET AGAIN.When I called ***** answered with another run round on why my Jeep is still sitting there and that THEY WILL GIVE ME A CALL ONCE IT IS COMPLETEDThis auto shop is completely misleading, they do not communicate with their customers and have put me in a difficult spot getting to and from work. They have COMPLETELY lost my business and would not recommending them to anyone else!

      "Hello, we have been open since **** and have a 5-star rating on ****** with over 300 reviews. We have been one of the most well-trusted shops in town."Is a load of bull I took my vehicle here so that they could replace the engine and transmission the engine I bought off of Midway Automotive the transmission I bought off of Middleton Automotive now the first day that I picked it up the check engine light was on so I went to AutoZone put the code reader on it and a code came back for the transmission I called Middleton Automotive they say okay they're going to look over my warranty and give me a call back 3 or 4 days go by still no call back I'm driving to Phoenix the car starts missparring I call them again they give me a phone number to call for a tow truck and when I call it they tell me that it's going to cost $600 well a little bit more to get it towed back to Middleton Automotive and that I'll have to pay out of pocket and that Middleton would later reimburse me that alone was completely unnecessary now I had a ****************************** on the transmission through Middleton so to this day I'm still having issues with the transmission and Middleton refuses to repair them they're claiming that the car is out of warranty because it was driven more than ****** miles which is completely false had they had sick in the time to listen to what I had to say they wouldn't know that I have to switch out the computer because the computer was fried. I had gotten another computer from the junkyard and had it programmed to my vehicle the I do have the actual mileage to my vehicle it just doesn't have a displayed but it seems like every time I contact them about making these repairs they have a different excuse first it was all the people we bought it from don't cover the seals I mean I bought it off of them I don't care who they bought it from the warranty was through them so they should have to repair it these people are money hungry so I've gotten a lawyer.

      Also this last time i took my car there they were supposed to do the repair but instead wanted to quote me on their mess up, they did not put the flywheel cover back onto the vehicle. They let me drive off with it like that I didnt find out till 3 days after when i got under it to see why it was so loud.

      I took my car to Middleton for a rack and pinion and leak. They had my car for a few weeks. When the lady called me to pick my car up she started talking to me about a power steering pump. There was nothing wrong with my power steering to begin with. When I went to pick up my car not only did it have the same issues I couldn't even steer my car. I had to pay them to again. Just to be able to drive my car away from there. And my car needs an alignment which is supposed to be done when you change a rack. The people that work here have no accountability or compassion for the people they are s******* over. Clearly if you have car issues it's a bad situation these people really know how to make a bad situation worst. Biggest waste of money ever!!!! I would have been better off if I never took my car here. Please be careful when dealing with this so called place of bussiness. Better yet just don't find you someone that's can be trusted. Middleton is not it. You definitely won't get what your paying for. Your better off paying someone off ********** and taking your chances.

      Hello ****, just as background history, we have been open since 1975 and have a 5-star rating on ****** with over 300 reviews. We have been one of the most well-trusted shops in town. Now before you even came in to get repairs done, you called in to request an estimate for a rack and pinion, and also an estimate to find your coolant leak. You were then Scheduled for September 21st, 2021 to check for JUST the coolant leak. On September 21st, we then called you with an answer on the coolant leak, and an estimate was provided. We got your approval to fix the coolant leak and you said you wanted to replace the rack and pinion while the vehicle was here. After fixing the Coolant leak, we depressurized the cooling system and did not find any other coolant leaks at that time. So your Original concern was fixed. Now for the rack and pinion, the reason you wanted to replace it was due to you getting it diagnosed at *** **** so we did not question your request. we made you aware that if we did not diagnose it, there was no guarantee the repair would fix your concern. So we replaced your rack and pinion as you requested and after, the steering assist was not working properly. There was no assist. Once we diagnosed the stiffness issue, we found that due to the gearing, bearings, and seals inside the rack and pinion were new, everything internally for the rack and pinion was a lot tighter clearances. The old rack and pinion was warn out and the clearances were not as tight as the new one. The rack and pinion runs off pressure From the power steering pump. Since the pump was failing, it didn't produce the manufacture pressure specs. to assist the new rack and pinion. We advised you to replace the power steering pump. Your Husband approved us to replace the pump. After Replacing the pump, the Manufacturer pressure specs. were met and the rack and pinion was assisted. You were informed every step of the way and due to you not understanding the way your vehicle operates, you threaten us to sew us, you said you wish bad karma apon our employees and you also wished harm upon our children hoping something happens to them. You got mad at the front employees because they were staying calm. You also called the front Desk Lady a * word. All of that is uncalled for and not ok. there were people in our lobby that witnessed it all. and to end this argument, we only did WHAT YOU REQUESTED, AND YOU APPROVED THE WORK. On our end we did everything we could to satisfy you and do the right job.
