      On July 8th, 2022, Auto Upholstery of *********** ** was give a $500 deposit to complete a reupholstery job. The items to be covered and the material required to do the job were both supplied. ******, the employee/owner, stated the job would take 10 days. Over the next 35 days i stopped by on 3 occasions to check progress. The job was never started. Finally on the 35th day I took my items back and requested a refund. I was told to comeback the following week for a refund. After multiple attempts ****** refunded $100 (of $500) 8/24/2022 and promised to have tbe remainder the following week Since then ****** has told me multiple times he does not have the money and to comeback another time. ****** has said he would call, would meet me but each time ****** from Auto Upholstery has failed to follow through. ****** owes me $400 and I would like my refund. PLEASE DO NOT PUBLISH/GIVE MY PERSONAL INFO TO THE COMPANY I AM FILING AGAINST.

      On March 1, 2022 I went to Wicked Upholstery in ***********. I met with ************ and we discussed doing the interior to my **** **** Ranger. We picked out a pattern and the materials. When I was in agreement with the choices and price, he asked for a deposit of 50% down. I gave him $390 cash. He stated that my truck would be ready by Thursday of the following week. I texted frequently to check on my truck's status and it wasn't until March 30th that I received a text saying "I'm sorry my friend were on it". Lies. I called repeatedly and was told they were on it. Lies. At some point they admitted that their compressor was out. I personally drove to the shop only to see my truck in their parking lot - untouched. I advised him that I would be picking up my truck on Wednesday, May 11th. I asked that they have my deposit ready. I arrived to pick up my truck and received some excuse about not having my money, but that he guaranteed that he would have it by the following Friday. I told him that I would come by Saturday to pick up the cash. I went by on Saturday, May 14th only to be met with an excuse of not having the money. He reassured me that he would mail it to me that evening and took down my address so that he could mail it to me. It's now May 26th and no money has been refunded. My calls and texts go unanswered.
