My fianc and I traded in our 2023 ****** Tundra for a **** *** ****** on August 28, 2023. The *** dealership in Casa Grande told us a payoff check was sent to ****** Financial Services on September 1, 2023. ****** Financial Services has still not received a payoff check as of September 12, 2023 and the *** company has not given us any definite proof they ever sent a check. There are outstanding payments now against both of us and we are never connected to a manager at *** to ask what is going on. They only let us speak to the sales person who helped us the day of the trade in/purchase. He just continues to say a check was sent. This has caused a world of trouble for us and is incredibly unprofessional. They have to send the payoff check and now it needs to be overnighted Immediately. No more lies. Send the check and send proof it was sent to ****** Financial Services.
