We hired him to remove trees and bushes and kill stumps. We told him we needed the stumps killed because the roots were growing into our septic system. He told us he killed them all and they would not grow back. Long story short every single ***** he killed has grown back. He was going to come kill them again but he allowed his insurance to lapse so we didnt feel comfortable with him on our property. We paid him a total of $3500 for the entire project and requested $500 back for the stumps regrowing,. He agreed but said it would be a few weeks. We gave him 4 weeks and he keeps saying itll be a few weeks before he can give us a refund.Absolutely ridiculous- we are having to pay lots of money to have the work he claim he did, done again AND for a 2nd septic inspection. (We had a septic inspection done prior to him coming out and roots removed from it.)Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.As of June 21st, 2024, Mr. ********************** sent refund that we agreed upon.
