The institution not only delayed my abilities in getting some relief of my PTSD,ADHD,DYSLEXIA, MENTAL & EMOTIONAL STABILITIES. But, by the incompetent mishandling of my files and proper paperwork caused SSDI appeal not to be done. Which was in 2020, the stress this company has caused my mental healing to an area that isn't safe for me. I can't even explain the entire disgrace that they have embarked on me. This is not to mention **************** inability to perform the necessary obligations to her clients for prescriptions on a timely basis. Unfortunately, there seems to be some discrepancy on their license to advocate for mental health and apparently I am not a long ( views & complains on their website.I would appreciate someone please follow up on this situation as well as their build codes to the business. This is in response to complaint #********.
Helping Associates, has been providing quality behavioral health services for forty years.
**************** was already provided with a refill for her medication early this month. She was also previously offered with the opportunity to transfer services to another agency for second opinion evaluations.
*************** was contacted by this writer this morning and she confirmed that her medication was refilled earlier this month by *************** Transfer of services to another behavioral health agency was again discussed with ****************, and she was provided with referral sources. She indicated that she will make a decision today of where she wants to go, and will contact this writer or her case manager, so transfer can be coordinated as soon as possible.
