            In August of 2022, I give Gould 1st con. $**** for a deposit to do construction to my home. At the time we were doing 203k loan which said no money was to be down but Gould !st insisted we put this money to hold a place for us while we wait for the approval through EMP mortgage company since Feb 28 2020... We had fired that company mishandling our account. which i report to Gould 1st, then ask if we can set appointment to get my door and window with the$ **** deposits so we don't lose our money the owner ****** said no, I asked why she said for paperwork and calls, i told her thats not **** worth of work, can you send me some invoice, she said yes but you will own me more money. i said girl your crazy Im not giving any more money for you show me were you spent money... so she hang up and never sent the invoice. im looking to get my money back or services for ****. My daughter is a single mother of three small children, try to buy and remodel house and what was supposed be a good experience turned into the worst.

            These people stole $4000 that was needed to be put down for a deposit for work to be done I reported to her that we was no longer going to go through the same loan company because they were taking too long to approve the loan and that I would just like to go ahead and use my money and get work done to my house before it was too late so I to set an appointment up an appointment so they can come out here and do some work and the owners both refused,,, While talking to ************************************* I told her I wasnt looking for my money Im looking for you guys to do work for the money that Ive already giving you she told me that she is unable to do that I asked her why she said because of paperwork I said was sending out invoices because I didnt pay $4000 for paperwork and I wasnt giving her any more money until I get work done she called me rude and then hung up the phone in my face, I asked her for invoices I never received. This company is very unprofessional
