On 6-6-2023, I submitted final applications for a property sale to agent ***************************, and she told me she would give me a weekly status report. On 6-20-2023, I still had heard nothing, and didn't even know if the property was listed, so I reached out, and received an e-mail from agent *****************, saying ******** had a family emergency, and *** would be covering for her. I spoke with *** on the phone that same day, and she said she would give me a weekly status report. ***************** never contacted me after that. The only thing I know for sure that was done was a Zillow posting. On 7-11-2023, I called their office, asked for the name and e-mail address of the manager. I was given contact information for *******************************, and sent her a message that day. I have never heard back from ********************************On 7-28-2023, I sent a message to the business owner ***************, explaining the situation, and asking assistance to get the contract cancelled. He did not respond to me, but shortly afterward that same day, I received a text from ***************** saying she was about to get on a plane, and would call me when she arrived at 5pm. She did not call and has not contacted me since.On 8-1-2023, I sent another message to Rock *****, asking for assistance, and have not received a response.No e-mails have gone to my Spam folder, and my phone records all attempts to call and text me. I have a responsibility to my trust to get this property sold in a timely fashion, and at this point I don't have faith in these agents or office, and would like my contract cancelled immediately.
