On ***** we went to adopt one of their pups at the Mesa location. I was at home 2 hours later with the puppy and realized I had made big mistake, I did not have the time to care and provide for what the puppy would need. I was heart broken and embarrassed. I text the shelter and they said bring him back. I brought the puppy back the same day, we had him only 2-3 hours. When I walked in I was clearly upset, still crying and the lady just grapped the puppy out of my arms, then she turned around and said "Did you need anything else ?" I handed her the items we had purchashed for the puppy to donate to them. I asked her for my $400 back and she replied "NOPE". I clearly understand they do not refund adoptions fees' however this is a unique situation and we are talking hours the puppy was in our possession. I reached out to the owners sharing my experience and **** text me the next day saying she would share with the other board members my experience and let me know what they decide. **** has yet to reply, I have reached back out to her twice now and zero response. After reading several reviews this is clearly how they operate and treat people.Initial Complaint

I had purchased two puppies for my children and puppy luv kept them after they already took $800 from me. They promised to refund the $800 to my account but never did. Now I dont have the puppies and Im out $800. The company is a fraud and people should be made aware of this scam that was pulled on me. I went back and fourth with **** and he kept confirming the refund but it never appeared. Now Im dealing with the fraud department from my bank to get my money back.Business response

We adopted 2 dogs to them. And they decided they didn't want them. Due to family issues. Money is non-refundable which we have copies of. We are returning the money through PayPal because we want our dogs to go to responsible family's.Customer response

The company has not refunded the money back to PayPal. I have already contacted my bank in regards to this issue. As for a responsible home, I have adopted and worked with many pet fostering groups and continue to do so. I love my fur babies more than these people could ever understand. Puppy Luv made these amazing dogs disposable, not me.
