BCBS" ON 01.03.2023 CONCERNING THIS MATTER AND AFTER 3 DAYS I HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM "BCBS"....AFTER NOT RECEIVING MY CARD ON 01.05.2023 I CONTACTED BCBS AT ************ AND WAS TOLD BY "*****" THAT THE CARDS WHERE MAILED OUT ON 12.22.2022 AND I SHOULD RECEIVE MY CARD IN **** BUSINESS DAYS...AND BECAUSE OF THE HOLIDAYS I WOULDN'T RECEIVE MY CARD UNTIL 01.12.2023???....THIS WAS NO ACCEPTABLE FOR BCBS MEMBERS WHO RELY ON OUR ***** BENEFITS....I PROCEEDED TO CONTACT BCBS CORPORATE OFFICE AT ************ AND GOT "JAN" WHO INFORMS ME THAT "PAY FORWARD" MIS-PRINTED OUR CARDS AND THEY HAD TO BE REPRINTED BUT THE CARDS WHERE MAILED OUT ON 12.22.2022...STILL NOT ACCEPTABLE...SO I KEPT ASKING HER TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE IN "BCBS" CEO'S OFFICE AND SHE TRANSFERED ME TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHERE "PRINCESS" PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT I SHOULD SIGN UP WITH THE ************* POSTAL SERVICES CONFIRMATION MAIL SERVICE...I INFORMED HER HOW CAN I TRACK MAIL FROM "BCBS" OR "PAY FORWARD" WITHOUT A TRACKING NUMBER OF A ITEM "BCBS"/"PAY FORWARD" CLAIMS THAT WAS MAILED OUT ON 12.22.2022...SINCE MOST OF THE MEMBERS WHO RECEIVE THE ***** BENEFITS ARE ON A FIX INCOME THIS MIS-HANDLING OF THE MAIL OUT OF OUR ***** CARDS IS UNACCEPTABLE....IVE BEEN GIVEN 3 DIFFERENT EXCUSES AND 3 DIFFERENT DATES CONCERNING RECEIVING MY ***** CARD...."BCBS" AND "PAY FORWARD" SHOULD COMPENSATE THEIR MEMBERS OF THIS MATTER IMMEDIATELY???...*OTC: OVER THE COUNTER *BCBS: BLUECROSS BLUESHEILD OF *********Business response
