      I paid a deposit for stem cell IV treatment and did not ever hear from them and could not get ahold of anyone.I have called several times in the last year now and am being told that because some doctor quit I no longer have the ability to get a refund.I never paid any specific doctor at all. My payment was made specifically to R3 Stem Cell LLC.I spoke to ***** a few times today and she is taking it very personal and accusing me of never asking for a refund before but she simply hung up on me.She is saying I paid an entity in ****** but the *** I paid is in ********** basically I got ripped off and they kept my money. Please have them refund me as they are impossible to get ahold of

      This transaction was from about a year ago. She paid for a consultation and evidently couldn't make it after it was scheduled. And now a year later is asking for a refund? It's non-refundable. I'm happy to set up a consultation for her, we have several providers who do them EVERY day. I'll even credit the amount paid toward a treatment. She just needs to call (844) GET-STEM and they'll get her in touch with ******** for scheduling (again).

      We have a *********** that answers the phone EVERY week day from 9 to 5. So I don't understand the part about difficulty getting a hold of us.

      I scheduled an iv stem cell/exosome treatment after doing a consult with their Dr on Zoom to discuss my condition and the fact Im permanently disabled. I was did I was a good candidate and scheduled the appointment. I took on a huge expense and flew to ********** to have the procedure. nervous but reassured by ************ it would work for me. Its now been triple the amount of time since I was to have seen any results. Ive called, text and emailed trying to reach *************************** and was told she will not be calling me back and given no reason. R3 is supposed to have a guarantee or they will repeat it, but no one will return my calls. Theyve ignored me for two months. Im starting to think they this whole business is fraudulent, and makes me wonder what they injected in me. They are extremely responsive to get you to come in, then it fails, and they are nowhere around. I dont know what else to do to get their attention and need your help getting me not only a refund, but some answers as to what they are really doing there and why this completely failed.

      For some reason this is the first time I'm hearing about ************************* difficulty in getting in touch with us. If she's not receiving a good result from the procedure, I'd like to discuss it with her and potentially repeat it as per our Therapy Commitment at the one year point.

      We have been in business for 12 years and performed over ****** procedures globally. Patient satisfaction is very high, but not 100%. So I'll have our office reach out to ********************* to discuss!

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      One of our providers was booked for an ultrasound course September 15th, 2023. The course was held in ********* *********, our company is located in ********* ********. The provider showed up for the scheduled course the evening of September 14th, the provider had paid for a hotel and flight.On September 15th the provider showed up for the course and the vendor was not at the location. The provider contacted a team member named ********, who stated the course had been canceled. There had been no correspondence from R3 Stem Cell regarding the cancelation. On Monday September 17th, ******** stated the team member would be reimbursed for the hotel and flight fees. The information requested was submitted (receipts for both the hotel and flights). It has been almost 2 months and numerous emails submitted, and ******** has stated the check will be mailed. The last correspondence, ******** asked for a ***** account despite stating a check would be mailed to the team member who has not been reimbursed.

      This complaint is being filed against the wrong company. R3 Stem Cell offers regenerative procedures for patients. ******************* offers training courses.

      Signed up for MSK course (8/19/21) by R3 medical training on 6/29/21 and my co-worker signed up on 6/28/21. We contacted R3 medical training to confirm that the course was still on as we did not receive an itinerary for the course via email. I spoke to multiple people on the phone as well as their CEO who said it was still happening before booking our non-refundable airbnb. We contacted them again one day before the course (8/18/21) to find out they canceled the course and did not notify us or refund us. They offered us to come to a different course. As health care workers, we do not have time to take off during a pandemic. We have asked multiple times now for a refund for the course, which they have finally agreed to but still have not received it. We also feel they should cover at least part of airbnb. We don't even think this is a real company. They have stopped responding. See emails below.

      A few issues to unpack here.

      1. Are we a real company? Of course we are! With over ****** stem cell procedures having been performed over the past 10 years, R3 Stem Cell is THE global leader in regenerative therapies.

       

      2. Did the client contact us prior to the course? It's unclear. We made it well known that our course was postponed due to CA Covid cases ballooning again. I cannot find any email correspondence about it with client in the month prior to the postponed course.

       

      3. ******************* is a separate company than R3 Stem Cell. ******************* is not listed with the BBB at all. Client filed a complaint against the WRONG company.

       

      4. Client's last correspondence contained legal verbiage and also asked for unreasonable compensation. So I turned it over to our attorneys for review, but hadn't received a response prior to BBB complaint (with the wrong company).

       

      Bottom line - complaint filed against the wrong company. R3 Stem Cell does not put on training courses. ******************* will respond privately to this client.
