I have had an awful experience with this location of Big ** It started with them putting the wrong tires on the truck. They replaced them and corrected the mistake but the alignment was off on the truck. I brought the truck in 3 different times in the 10 days or so after the initial alignment, each time telling me it was fixed. The truck was pulling to the right. Finally in the last visit I was told the alignment is straight but they were having trouble getting the steering wheel to be perfectly aligned as it was slightly off to the left. I now have two front tires that are destroyed because the alignment was never actually fixed. I went in on Monday 6/12 and spoke with ***************** about the situation and asked them to replace the tires. He told me he would order the tires and talk to his ** and for me to come back next day. *** didn't even look at the tires to see the abnormal wear. I go in on Tuesday 6/13 and speak with *** again. All he tells me is the ** never showed up and he doesn't control the **'s (Blade I believe) schedule. He would call me when the ** gets in which would be shortly. Never heard from him. So I called same day around closing. Was told ** never showed up. I call again Wednesday 6/14, *** tells me they want tire **************** but won't tell me why knowing full well a tire rotation will not fix a bad alignment and instead of having 2 destroyed tire I would have 4. *** tells me he will let his ** know and call me back. Nothing later on Wednesday or Thursday from ***. So I call again this morning. They are not going to replace the tires that are ruined because I was lied to about the alignment being fixed, because the tires had not been rotated. Again all this would have done is destroy all 4 tires because this is not normal tire wear. 5 days of constantly contacting the location for them to do what was right as the tire damage is clearly caused by a bad rotation. Which again, no one in the store even bothered to look at.

*n May 28, 2021, I purchased and had installed two Sumitomo HTR Z 5 BWs from the Big * Tires at ****************** in *******. A few weeks ago, I realized that the tires had pretty much worn down after just ***** miles of use (4 1/2 months). I took the car in to the Big * Tires in **********, ** (******************************************************************************************) and explained my situation to them. I was informed by the manager of the store that the tires had no warranty and that the reason they wore so quickly was because of an alignment issue. This did not make any sense to me so I did some research and asked for second and third opinions from other professionals. The consensus of this seem to be that: 1.While a bad alignment would certainly cause the tires to wear unevenly and there is some evidence of a little uneven wear on the right rear tire, it does not explain why the rest of the tire would wear out after ***** miles of use. 2.If it is because of a bad alignment that the tires wore down prematurely, it would stand to reason that ALL the tires would have worn down prematurely and not just the rear tires. The front tires have pretty much the same amount of wear on them as they had in May when I had the rear tires replaced. I had the tires replaced and the alignment adjusted by another company since I no longer trusted Big * to be honest with me. I expressed my concern on the Big * website and the manager of the ********** Big * reached out to me. He was frustrated because the tires indeed did have a one-year warranty and he would have replaced them had I gone to him. He offered me store credit but I now live a long distance from that store and it would not do me any good. So, the manager of the Big * Tires in ********** lied to me twice in his attempt to sell me more tires: 1.He lied about the tires being under warranty. 2.He lied about what would cause the tires to wear out after ***** miles of use
