On July 10, 2023 I picked up my vehicle from this location. My car had been repossessed but I paid for the redemption and I was to receive my car back. I was still within the allotted time to receive my vehicle back. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed things were missing from my car. My $200 dashcam and all 4 unique made valve stem caps off all tires was missing. I called to talk to the manager and I was told Id receive a call back that never came. Ive called a few times and they wont call me back or show me the intake photos from MY CAR. I didnt want to file complaints or pursue any legal action I just want my stuff back. I was already dealing with enough and they stole from me and now they wont speak to me or return my calls. I can provide proof of purchase in the camera but the valve stem caps were a gift and a unique item so its unable to be replaced.Business response

I spoke with with ***** on August 3 and discussed her personal items missing from her repossessed vehicle. I sent her pictures of when her car arrived at our location verifying there was no dash cam. The missing items that we verified were four p**** shaped valve stem caps. These were gifts from a friend and apparently custom pieces. She was going to try to get the cost to replace and let me know so I could reimburse.
