              Same guy as before, after I left my 1st review which I was very unimpressed with the product, I received a phone call from **** (cool guy btw) following morning about setting up a time for a new gps and an install on my motorcycle. He came out on Friday (I put my 1 star review out on Wednesday night) and installed the tracker. Now I can see where my bike is and not have to constantly recharge my gps. Im not sure how long or how much battery life itll take up on my bike, but well get there when we get there. I give you guys permission to delete my last review.

              Battery cannot last 2 days long. Pretty bulky for it to only last a day off the charger. Better to buy an apple AirTag and be done. I got it in a package deal with my motorcycle. I wouldve rather paid them to not give it to me in the first place.

              The customer purchased the device and on the same day complained to your service without contacting us, allowing us to determine what the issue is (if any).  We treat every customer like a VIP.  We would like to resolve this issue with the customer and will reach out to him to do so.

              Cannot get ahold of anyone for assistance with the module that was on my UTV. Worked okay for a while- now nothing. No one answers the phone and the module will not recharge. No one at the dealership has answers either. Need help.
