Stay away from this company. I did not have a problem with the repair. The problem is their underhanded, unethical and illegal billing practices. They had in writing that State Farm was paying half the cost of the repair and I was paying the other half. They agreed verbally and in writing writing to do the repairs for what State Farm estimated the repairs should cost. The only discussion that was had was if the blind spot sensor behind the bumper was damaged there would be an additional cost for replacement. I was assured that if there was an increase in cost, State Farm and myself would be notified once the bumper was removed. During the week that Allard had the vehicle I received no phone call, email or text that there was any additional damage or charges. When they called to say the car was done and ready for pick-up they confirmed the final bill amount. I was presented with a bill for the agreed amount. I paid the agreed amount in full. Nothing was said about any additional billing. I was handed the keys and left. Over 2 months later I get a phone call from Allard. The woman states that she is calling to collect the outstanding balance. What outstanding balance? This bill has been paid in full. Speaking to the manager was pointless. This rude individual stated that they forgot to bill for calibrating the sensors and want money now. They tried billing the additional $260 to State Farm. State Farm paid them $130 and told them that they could try to collect from me. He claimed that they did not know I was paying half which was a lie. Then he demanded that I pay the amount. I did not. I have no bill and no proof that they can collect after the bill has been paid in full. He threatened me with collections. I sought legal advice. What he is doing is illegal. You can't try to shake down people by phone after you have accepted payment for the full amount agreed to. I posted a review on social media and will continue to do so. People should be warned about this shop.

Beware of this business or at least the some of the mechanics at the 19th Ave location of Allard Collision. A very kind senior couple who are friends of mine basically had their car stolen out from under them here. After being involved in an accident, they took their car here and had it serviced by ***** who called it totaled and talked the elderly wife into signing the title. We know for certain it was far from totaled, they took parts from the car as well, but after the title was signed, there was no getting it back.

I have spoken with this client and the information that you have received for them in in-accurate.  The person who wrote this review is not the client and has only 1 side of the story.   Vehicle is a 2007 ***** Accord with over 12000$ of damage.   Client insisted on repairing and after vehicle was evaluated @ facility, we chose to not accept the clients money on repairing a vehicle that has a value of half of the repairs.  We have refunded all monies to client and client had vehicle towed to a salvage yard, which was the proper thing to do.  As an upstanding small business, we did not feel correct repairing a vehicle, that was extremely not cost effective.  I have spoke with the elderly client yesterday and all matters are resolved.  Clients concerns were never addressed after vehicle was removed with a tow truck.  This review is not accurate and I am expecting any and all reviews on this matter to be removed immediately and that was the agreement with the client.  Unfortunately, the client is not even the person writing the review.  I am confident BBB will do the correct thing in this matter and not publish this review.  Thank you.  Also this interaction of the vehicle and client was in Feb 2023, over 7 months ago.

Allard Collision on ***************************************** did not meet my expectations. After my 2016 Chrysler 300 was hit in October 2022, I trusted them to fix it. However, they overlooked several issues. The door handle was not properly fixed, and the replacement tire didn't match the others. They claimed the manufacturer stopped producing them, which seemed questionable. Unnecessary car wash and tire detailing were done without my consent. The ** was not repaired effectively, and I had to fix it myself through ******* tutorials. Additionally, the passenger door handle and the front passenger door were painted incorrectly. They repeatedly redirected me to contact the insurance company instead of addressing the issues directly. They charged me around $7,000 but failed to complete the job satisfactorily. It's disappointing, and I regret choosing their shop.

Thank you for your review, yet it is not accurate and has left out many items, that would explain the circumstance with your vehicle.  I understand how you have attempted to utilize reviews to try to damage our reputation, yet you should have told the entire story.  I apologize, you did have to come back for a minor issue, that was resolved immediately.  Your tire was an issue with backorder from the start and discontinued.  We, at our cost put a same size tire on the vehicle to get it mobile, while waiting for the correct tire to arrive.  Which it did and we have reached out documented 4 times with messages to you.   The entire side of your vehicle was damaged and you have not brought up any paint flaws to our attention, if there are we are pleased to get those corrected for you immediately.  Your AC issue is very common on your vehicle and the insurance company declined any repairs or diagnostics to that issue.  We for customer service evacuated and recharged the system to proper manufacturer specifications, to try to assist.   I understand getting in an accident can be an unfortunate event and we do the best possible to please every individual with their loss.  Unfortunately we are human and do make mistakes and take accountability when we do.  Seems you are just 1 of the 12 people out of ****** people we could not please.   We wish you the best of luck!

The customer service and **** paying practices at this business are unacceptable. Work was done on my vehicle in September of 2021. I left the office with my vehicle with no indication of monies owed. Upon voicemail left in January of 2022, it was then indicated that I owed additional money for the vehicle repair. They contacted via phone another time that I did not have my wallet with me. That day, they sent a representative to my home. Upon contacting the owner, there was no apology, but instead a text asking me to send a picture of my credit card. This is an unacceptable business practice. Throughout this process, there was not an email and no online **** pay option. The work completed on the vehicle was fine, but the rest of this experience bordered on harassment.

As the customer you had received the original insurance check, which was your responsibility. We have documentation of reaching out over 12 times to attempt to collect payment. With no response, then next step is to bring a **** to your home and drop off with the client. Thank you so much for paying what was owed for the repairs.
