I had a witness with me. They took ******* dollars for a down payment had me sign a contract on 6/11/2024. Right after my test drive, I told them it ran rough, at the end of that week, it was blowing hot air on and off from the a/c unit. Brought it into them they supposedly fixed it, then 5 days later, it was running rough again, bad motor mounts and a/c was blowing hot air again. Company says they dont work weekends and Im busy with work during the week, so took it back in on Friday 7/11/2024 to get it fixed again and they said I needed to sign a whole new contract because the messed up the first one, they said the car may need to stay thru the weekend depending on what work needed to be done and I told them to call me and nothing around closing time. So I called and they informed me again they dont work weekends and wouldnt get to it till next week Tuesday. No courtesy call, never fixed it, never offered to work on weekend or another car to drive. Nothing! So I picked vehicle up. Contacted them back and forth thru the weekend and beginning of this week 7/22/2024 and they just say bring it back with no solution. They have told me I was already prequalified and now Im receiving multiple denial papers from financial institutions in regards to their company/ dealership. They told me they repo 5 vehicles a week. This seems to be an ongoing situation with MANY other customers from Yelp and otherwise. Im shocked nobody has enforced this company to pay back everyones down payment. They are waiting for the lemon law to run out on my now vehicle with no return of my money and I have kids. Im assuming my new contract started things over, but they gave me no copy of the new one. Or explained anything in it. I do have a copy of old one, with warranty and gap insurance included. Also they said payment doesnt come out of my bank for 2 weeks after the contract has been signed. Again assuming since I signed a new one, it would be 2 weeks from that date now. PLEASE HELP!Initial Complaint

This dealer ship sold me a truck that was in no condition to be sold I been dealing with problems since day 1 and now Im financing a truck that isnt ********** it shouldve never been on a lot how it is if you have questions about it you can contact ************* with more info and they are the ones for me to push to complaint Im stuck with a ****** bill and I got scammed for I want them to give me my down payment back plus what I been paying for the truck I havent had it for 2 months its been in the shop and hasnt got fixed and all the reviews on this business are similar its not right that this dealer ship can sale cars/trucks that arent in any conditions to be sold
