I hired ********* to deep clean/move out clean a furnished condo after a tenant had lived there for 6 months. I only had so much time between tenants to prepare the property for new tenants. After she rescheduled 4 times she finally showed up. I had wanted to be there to go over everything with her but she was so unreliable I couldn't be there when she arrived. I left specific instructions on what needed to be done. I texted her the instructions, and left paper notes for her as well. The instructions on texts and on papper were duplicate instructions and I couldn't have been more communicative and clear about what needed to be done. After a few hours she said she was done and sent me some photos showing the whole room to show she had finished. Unfortunately I trusted her and sent her a ***** without first inspecting it in person. When I got there I noticed that she didn't even do a basic clean let alone a deep clean. Yes, the property was cleaner than before she came, but far from being basically clean. I took a many photos- I'll try to post them here. One of the photos shows a chair that is half covered in dust and half clean where they dusted. Another photo shows she made a bed with dirty, stained sheets after I specifically told her not to make the bed because the sheets were dirty. Another photo shows dried food on a kitchen counter. Other photos shows trash in waste bins and dirty floors. I have so many photos that show she didn't even do basic things like wiping down the counter completely. I have so many photos showing what an incomplete job they did. The list goes on and on. She is hands down the worst cleaner I have ever experienced in my life- and since I make my living managing vacation rentals, I have worked with alot of cleaners. (The only reason I didn't use my regular service is because I had them doing other properties on the same day). I don't know how she stays in business. I talked to her about the situation and she promised she will come that evening or the next morning. She doesn't show. She says she will come later but I don't hear from her after that. I ask her to refund me some money back. She refuses and uses every excuse in the book as to why she couldn't finish the job. She not once took any responsibility for not showing up on time, rescheduling 7 times or doing a terrible job. I had to hire another company on short notice to do the work they were supposed to do. Cleaning is just the first part of the process of preparing for tenants. I didn't finish preparing the condo in time for the new tenants to arrive. ********* has me on some sort of automatic scheduling software- so I keep getting texts and emails asking me to confirm our "upcomming appointment". So I can't forget about this and just move on. Until she refunds me and stops sending me these "appointment reminders" I will persue a refund.Services: Deep clean, Moving clean
