Worst experience. I was parked in the hallway. No privacy. Stared at by random strangers. Had trash cans, gurneys, wheelchairs and carts wheeled a foot next to me. ****** into, and ignored. I went home in more pain than I went in with. I arrived by ambulance, and was put in a wheelchair, and sat in the waiting room. After enduring all this neglect I was told to go home and follow up with a specialist. Although they could see an obstruction at my surgical site, they suggested laxatives. For a person thats had surgeries to remove part of my colon, my surgeon told me thats not safe. I was told to basically live with the pain. I honestly hope I die from this, and my family goes after this business. I posted a review on Yelp, only to be responded to with a phone number to call. Guess what?? That number gets you to an automated system that runs you in circles. They only exist to prey on sick people and collect money. They dont care about the patients health.

This message is to all of chandler residents. I was a previous employee in management at chandler Regional hospital. This place has the worse management team that do not know how to run properly a surgical team. I would highly suggest to not have surgery at this organization. They cut many corners when flashing surgical instruments that can lead to a infection. If you care for your loved ones I highly suggest to let your Doctor acknowledge that you like to have surgery in another location or organization. The turnover rate for employees is higher than 85% & the infection rate is higher than 90% do to there method of using one-tray system. This place is so disorganized. I'm surprised the health department has not closed the surgery department down & fined them with loosing there license credentials. Be careful when taking loved ones to this hospital. There is NO human kindness nor do they stand for dignity when caring for there patients.

After an emergency service on 7/25/21 and clearing all of the bills that were submitted to claims with my insurance, I had paid all of the charges within the week of being received IN FULL. The statement I have from them is for $2242.33 that was paid IN FULL on 9/26/21 on top of the copay of $478.67 that was paid at the time of service IN FULL. This is for the total of $2721.00 PAID IN FULL. NOT to mention that after paying all of this money, they did absolutely NOTHING TO HELP ME whatsoever. It took for me to go to a different emergency room to find what was wrong and get appropriate treatment that this clown house couldn't even do. They gave me no relief and basically sent me home to die if I had not gone to a different establishment. Bunch of clown jockies. ALL of their licenses should be revoked and the establishment should be shut down.They have now been harassing me with weekly calls stating that I still owe more money, yet my insurance has not received any additional claims and I have not received any additional statements. THis company is a complete scam of a clown house and NO ONE should go there since they do not even care about your health by any means. They just like to rack up charges for you. I had also left a detailed review with ****** about their lack of competency.They cannot expect anyone to pay additional money without details, if those details are even legit. They will have to be reviewed by my insurance company as well before they get another red cent from me. I had requested a detailed billing summary to show all charges in comparison to the total amounts that I have already paid in full.In all honesty since they cannot properly function in any form as an establishment, I am requesting that they '****** off' the remaining of what they are claiming is still owed since they are so **** incompetent in EVERY MANNER.
