- I purchased the "Red Rouge System Kit Virtual Bundle" on 10/2/2023. - I have read the instructions and followed them exactly as described. - I have attempted to utilize this product on five (5) separate occasions. Each time, the product has failed in quality. - The website specifically states "lasts 7+ days". This is a false statement. - I reached out to the customer care team, seeking reimbursement due to lack of quality in the product. - Per the attached email response, ******** care has no concerns regarding their statement made or standing behind the quality of their product.Business response
