I just received an additional shipment of Mole and Skin Tag remover from Derma Correct. I didn't sign up for auto-ship and I want to cancel any further shipments. Getting in touch with this company is almost impossible. I've read other complaints addressing this problem and it seems there hasn't been any response. Is cancelling my credit card the only way I can get rid of this company? If this business practice is not illegal, it should be! Also, this product does not work for me!!!!Initial Complaint

I keep receiving the product from them and charge to my credit card. I was finally able to talk to someone 2 months ago in July to cancel these shipments and charges. I was told it is canceled as we speak but it has continued on. I will have to cancel my credit card and get issued a new one to get this stopped by them.This is theft as far as I am concerned.Initial Complaint

I bought this product first because their ad says that it really works with skin tags and second because the ad included information about all the Sharks (Mr. **** and others) who were 100% behind this product. Well, I bought five bottles which they offered for $198 because I will give some to my daughters. However, I have been using it in small neck skin tags for two weeks already, and it is not working. I ORDERED DERMA CORRECT ON LINE AND TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER ON THE BOTTLE AND COULD NOT TALK TO ANYONE ABOUT CANCELING MY ORDER . THEY ALSO SENT ME EXTRA BOTTLES I DID NOT ORDER. I placed an order on-line with DermaCorrect on 10-4-21 and ordered 2 bottles of their product but when I checked out, I was charged for 5 bottles. I tried to cancel my order with an on-line chat but since I was not given an order ID, they said they could not help me. I asked for a phone number to call but was given the same excuse that they could not help me without an order ID #. I tried the phone number that the BBB has listed but it is not in service. The nature of the complaint is a "bait and switch" scheme and no help from their on-line chat. The amount I was charged was $198.00 when the order should have been around $80.00.
