Radar Restoration and their staff are hands down the best company from start to finish. My Mother had a house fire with quite a bit of damage. Radars crew came in and removed and cleaved all of her belongings even her clothes in some special huge washing machine that removes all the smoke damage. They carefully packed and stored everything at their facility. Ray one of the owners/ project manager was very professional, knowledgeable and helped pick out everything for the remodel. Absolutely everything was done as promised and turned out just beautiful. We were able to move Mom back into her home in just 3 months. We will be forever grateful to this great company and staff.

Radar Restoration was so unprofessional to work with that we eventually had another company step in to do the job after a two month plus process with them in which they had demod our home and packed out the house and stored our belongings. To start, the pack out team was nice but my husband saw them eating lunch on our couch after working in the summer heat for several hours. They also packed belongings with out wrapping them or just sat them in open boxes. My neighbor reported seeing them throw my daughters (unwrapped) mattress into their moving truck. Before the pack out team had finished removing our property the demo started and ended up blocking in the remainder of our belongings for a couple of weeks (eg, clothing, lamps, electronics). They used our personal property for their work use (a small vintage table that didnt make the pack out, towels, step ladder). They put our TVs in the garage (which had no ceiling and was well over 100 degrees) and one of them was faced down on the counter. None were stored properly. One of their drinks was spilled in our garage freezer and left like that. They left a lamp out back to get it out of the way. We photographed the concerns and emailed the manager on several occasions with no response. He did respond when we called but nothing was really done about the situation. They used our bathrooms (which were not being demolished) and urinated on the floors. They billed for something like 30 fans in the home to help with drying out our house (we had a flood) when there were actually a total of five and two were ours. After the company eventually finished the pack out and demo (several weeks in and not the seven days they quoted us) we never heard from them until I called to ask to come get some items from storage. Unfortunately the ONE person who could help me in this matter was out of town for the week so I was told he would call me in a week when he returned. He didnt. I called again and was told it was on his list to do and another employee informed me when I asked, that nothing of ours had been cleaned as insurance didnt cover that. We were told in the original phone call part of the process was to clean the items in our home and determine what was okay and what was non salvageable. The guy never did call me back about getting my items. We never received a list from Radar of what was in our storage, what was in okay condition and what was non salvageable. So we eventually had another company step in and take over. During the new companys visit they reported our belongings were all piled up in an unorganized fashion. The couch and cushions were unwrapped and thrown into a room with other items. They had chipped a side table, broken a door off of a storage cabinet, crushed lamp shades and broke our dining room sideboard. We were also told that Radar told our new storage company that we were difficult. Cool. This has been communicated to our insurance company who recommended them. So long story long, do your research.

Radar Restoration lacks any degree of honesty and integrity. They lied to me about completion date and substituted poor quality materials and components, they refused to comply with ALL OF THE ***** OF OUR CONTRACT. THEY HIRED UNSKILLED NON ENGLISH SPEAKING INDIVIDUALS TO DO CRITICAL ***** OF WORK. AND HIRED MENTALLY IMPAIRED PEOPLE TO DO FINE FINISH WORK AND DESTROYED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF WORK AND MATERIALS . THEY COULD NOT MAINTAIN ANY KIND OF SCHEDULE AND WORK ETHIC .NOTHING WAS EVER COMPLETED BUT BIG MESSES LEFT ,AND NOT ONE THING WAS COMPLETE AND PAYMENTS WERE PAID FAR IN ADVANCE THEY WERE FIRED AFTER STEALING TOOLS AND BUILDING MATERIALS WORTH AROUND 40 THOUSAND DOLLARS. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT HAVE A CONTRACTORS LICENSE AS ALL THEIR WORK IS DONE BY UNSKILLED WORKERS, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CRAFT PEOPLE. I HIRED THEM BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY WERE FIRST CLASS BUILDERS AND PROMISED COMPLETION OF MY NEW HOME IN 8 MONTHS. I PAID THEM ***** TO START THEY WENT ON VACATION INSTEAD. THE PROJECTION OF FINISH DATE WAS REALLY START DATE. THEY NEVER GOT FARTHER THAN 50 % FINISHED BEFORE THEY WERE TERMINATED. IN A YEAR AND A HALF. *********************
