      We had flooring and carpet installed throughout our entire home 10/22. The carpet has been great. The flooring on the other hand is absolutely terrible. So far to date, the floor has been completely installed 2 times and repaired along with molding and transistions 4 separate times. On 12/11/23 is when they did their second install. And this had to be done because their installers had damaged the planks so much from over hammering, that the planks were lose, looked like they were folded at the ends, transitions were lose and so was molding. It was so bad from trying to repair it all year long. We were told it was a two day job. They arrived at noon left at 9 on 12/11/23. They grinded the subfloor and just laid the flooring on top of it which made our entire home look like a construction site. Furniture, vents, brand new windows, light fixtures and fans were caked in the dust. They left their garbage from lunch, pieces to the flooring boxes, bungee cords and flooring pieces all throughout our front yard. Didnt bother to even try to clean it up. We were told they will come measure and fix it. I said no way. Not for the 7th time. Our home is in the process of being sold and we cannot sale it with floors in the shape they left them. Also, scratches throughout. Over hammering spots all over. I sent pics to the supervisors and they made nothing but excuses and just said we will fix it. We want a refund. Its not ok. We werent the only customers they have had that they have done this too.

      Tile installation is incorrect. Used two types of tile that doesnt match. I was told they would fix the issue and I have been waiting since 12/23. They cancelled carpet install and baseboard install too. As they wanted to demo the tile first to correct it. We are being send from person to another with no result. We have also paid for all the services which are incomplete.

      This project was installed as per the scope of work detailed in the contract we received from THD. We understand that this is not meeting the expectations of the customer and we are working directly with them on a resolution that they will be happy with. Our management team is coordinating those efforts directly with our customer and we are moving forward with a resolution once we have the new scope detailed in writing and signed off on by our management and the customer which should take place in the next ***** hours.
