****** of Coyote Garage Door installed a door opener for about $600 in October. Two weeks later my door had a 6 inch crease in a middle panel. i called a week or two after that asking him to 1. to reconnect the door release (which I disconnected to stop further stress on door), 2. to decrease the pressure on the door in the closed position, and 3. adjust the closing of the door so it was more gentle. He showed me how the door release could be reattached when the door was down, but only with a lot of force so he connected it in the open position. He did not reduced the pressure when the door was closed nor did he make the door close more gently. Now I have a $600 door opener that will destroy my door. He charged $65 for the service call even though it is guaranteed for a year. We never received any instruction after installation and after over a month, have not received a receipt for original work or service call. **** did complain twice about how inconvenient it was to travel all the way to Mesa. We would like our door adjusted, our $65 returned, and a written receipt mailed to us . We would not recommend Coyote Garage Door to anyone who expected them to stand behind their work, and especially in "too far Mesa" unless they're willing to spend a lot.
