      Bought a set of golf clubs on 8/05/24. They sent them to the wrong address. Instead of sending them to ***** they sent them to ****. They told me they would try to track down the delivery. They said if they couldnt find it they make me another set of clubs. I havent heard from them since. They will not respond to my E-mails or return my phone calls. Very frustrating. Ive paid them over 500dollars for nothing.

      We are aware of the situation with Mr ******** order and have been working with both him and *** to resolve the issue since he first notified us of the problem a few weeks ago. We first recommended that he contact *** to see if they could retrieve the package for him, but then he responded and told us that *** said we would need to contact them. So we let him know that we'd take over with *** and if we weren't able to retreive the shipment then we would have to make him a new set. It took some time of waiting for a final answer from ***, only to learn that they were unable to retreive the package from the address where it was delivered, so we had to start the process of building him a new set (which takes some time). And that new set is now finished and on the way to him, and the *** tracking number is 1Z743YX50338756374.

      I do also want to point out that every message that he has sent to us through our website chat has been responded to. And I've searched our email account and we don't have any emails from him; all of his communications have been via our website chat, so if he has sent emails that went unreplied then they must have been sent to the wrong email address.

      Purchased product on 2/21 ************ Tracking for finished product on 3/2 Was told wait 1 day for tracking to update ***************** on 3/10 because *** said label was printed but package never delivered to them for shipping.Emailed company 4 times between 3/10 and 3/12.Called company on 3/11, left message no return call.Attempted to file a claim with *** but they said they do not have the package so I cannot file, contact the company. Multiple emails and phone calls later and I cannot get a response from Single Length Golf.Order # is SL4264248 placed and paid for on 2/21/24.I just want the golf clubs that I ordered and paid for.

      I purchased a full set of golf clubs from singlelength.com back in July 2022, including a driver, 3, 5, and 7 ***** and 5-***************. I received the driver and irons but the ***** were on backorder but on the shipping information I received, the order was marked as complete. I contacted them via email and phone because of this issue several times and was finally told that my ***** should be shipped and received in September 2022. I did not receive them and have tried contacting the company via email and phone for the past 15 months with no response. Over the past 5 months in my correspondence, I have asked for a refund for the *****, which amounts to $225 ($75 per fairway wood), with still no response. I have even tried leaving reviews on their website but they never get approved by the company to be posted and therefore never get a response.
