On May 3rd which was last night myself ******** and my boyfriend ******* and his brother ****** whose birthday was on the 3rd we decided to go to the wildhorse pass casino i paid for the lyft and i had bought ** each a beer and then we parted ways. my boyfriend kept close to his brother bcuz hes not so familiar with the casino and as i usually do go about my ways after about 30 to 40 mins i noticed my phone was not with me so me and boyfriend backtracked my steps and nowhere to be found so i went to the dealers tables where there was workers there and i let 2 ladies know where do i go to report lost phones and the small petite blonde lady that was in charge whispered to the other lady in front of ************* so i just went on and asked the next worker i would seen by the cashier's the lady told me to go to security booth which no one was there so she and other lady stAYED WITH ME AND ASKED ON THEIR WALKIE TALKIES IF A PHOINE HAS BEEn found . answer was no, and thats not my complaint my complaint when we were outside in the main entrance waiting for our lyft to pick ** up which was minutes away i was all of sudden approched by ***** worked outside with blue shirt and came up to ** and told me how i was reported intoxicated when i wasnt we didnt cause no trouble so y was i labeled intoxicated with security guards by ** as if weve done something wrong . i am a 40 hispanic single mother with a disability i believed i was discriminated of. i was not helped at all but picked on i have never in my life felt so horrible till last night. its the casino everything is recorded and i know where i standInitial Complaint

I went to Wild Horse Pass Casino on 12/11/22 and made a $13.75 purchased. As a result I didnt like the product and immediately returned 1 item and was give a receipt stating I would be refunded $12. I never received the $12 back to my credit card **** as if 12/24. I went back casino on 12/24 and was given the run around. They played with the computer for 30 plus minutes attempting to process the $12 refund with no resolve. I provided ************************* with a copy of the receipt and last 4 digits of the credit card used. I email ***** today and she stated the issue is resolved. Im unsure how I never received my refund. They did give me a gift card to go to a future food purchase I never verified the balance. That gift card doesnt compensate for my refund or time invested into attempting to recover my money. This company is engaging in deceptive practices and robbed me for $12, my time, gas, and mileage.Initial Complaint

August 27th,2022 I won ***** at Vee Queva Casino gave them my ID to get my winning and was approached by cops and Casino supervisor I'm assuming, the cops told me I'm not in trouble they just needed to walk me to door cause I'm banned from ***** Butte Casino that I was banned from Vee Queva also I honestly don't understand and didn't know that I was banned from Vee Queva then supervisor gave me some papers to sign so I thought I was signing them for my winnings so he explained what I was signing for and I noticed he never mentioned the winnings so I asked him for my money he told me since I was banned I couldn't get my money!! I worked hard to earn that money I was playing with that got me that ***** and to just have it taken from me like that wasn't right at all
