Better Business Bureau complaint:We have used The Cleaning Authority in ******** for the past 8 years. In October of 2018 we moved into our new home in *******, ******* and decided to have them come and start bi weekly cleaning. We understand that their cleaners are scheduled to specific areas and that we would be getting new people to clean our house each time they come out to clean. The first few cleanings went just fine and then things started to happen. We have had damage to our stove top scratched up, broken items that include a canister that was a set of 3 so I cant just replace the one and a damaged picture frame on our last cleaning. They had someone come out and inspect the stove right after it happened to confirm back to us that they will make it right. We have spoken to the owner ******* who said that we were a priority and that he would address these issues but after that initial phone call ******* will not call us back. My husband **** has called him on several occasions and emailed him a few times and still does not contact us back. A little over 4 weeks ago I told the girl who was out to the house Lexi to have ******* call **** and she made a note to give to the office and still nothing. We had a change in our banking, which changed our form of payment so the accounting women called **** for payment and **** let her know that we would be happy to give her the payment information after ******* calls us back. We pay them ****** every 2 weeks. I have been trying to give them every opportunity to make this right but it appears they have no intention of addressing the damage done by their workers. We look forward to the issues being resolved.Thank you. **** & ***********************Business response
