I cancelled my membership, or thought I did, in the fall of 2019 when I moved from ** to ** on a military permanent change of duty station (PCS). I first called and they said I had to stop in and sign something and that was supposed to be the end of it. I had been using that credit card for a lot of purchases to earn points so I did not realize I was still being charged the monthly membership fee. I just noticed the charge on that account today and not only have they been charging me for the past 2.5 years but they now raised the fee up to $75 from $65. I just sent an email for the cancellation, again, as I read online that you can do so to ****************************************** but I am hoping to recover any amount of the unused credits which total over $2,000 now. I had initially signed ** in ****** but was to move to ******** and attempted to cancel at that time. They stated I needed to keep it as there was a massage envy location near that city. I then moved overseas ******* and they only put my account on hold. Then I moved from ******* to ******* and decided to try and use some of the old credits, getting trapped into it again. After a year in *******, I pcsd again to ******** which is when I called and then went in to sign the form and was told I had 60 days to use the credits. I am horrified at the amount of money that has been charged to my credit card by Massage Envy over the past 2.5 years and would absolutely like a confirmation that my cancellation request through email was received and a written confirmation of cancellation. I would also like a refund of a partial amount of my money, if not all of it, since December 2019. Thank you!
