I had started a membership last summer with Beverlys Med Spa and had it paused for financial reasons. This month, the spa unpaused my membership without my authorization or contacting me. I came in on the 8th to speak with a manager who was not returning my calls. The front desk lady said she made note of my refund request & the manager would call. The manager did not call me. I did not use the service this month. I need my membership to continue to be paused until I authorize it to be unpaused. I need the March charge to be refunded for it being unauthorized and the service not being used.

I went to Beverlys med spa once and had a positive result. When I went back on 2/17/24 I received lip filler. Afterwards it was extremely painful. It was very lumpy and I told the nurse. She rubbed it a little and told me not to rub anymore. I went back on 2/19/24 for threads. To date I cant see any results they also talked me into a lot of Botox after I had told them that my dermatologist had given me Botox a week before . The botox has indented the space between my eyes so instead of taking the angry look away it made it worse. The threads took more than two hours.i got the feeling they were inexperienced. ThenEvery time she left the room another girl would come in and pressure me to join their club. $200 monthly for a year!! They wanted to take right from my credit card. They promised some discounts but I didnt want to do it. To date my lips are lumpy and my face looks very angry. They kept me there for three hours having different girls come to me and use high pressure sales tactics to get me to join their club. I am a senior citizen and feel this is elder abuse on a very vulnerable person. I signed so much stuff that day that Im not sure what all I signed. And I dont have any receipts to look at to see what I signed. This should not happen. I didnt want to join their club and think its robbery to take $200 monthly for nothing. Please stop the high pressure sales tactics and over injecting stuff in peoples faces.

I recently went there for Botox. The girl injected large amounts in a few areas of my forehead where always in the past it is multiple little injections. The bleeding was terrible and now I have huge bruises and bumps. This is not normal. I original found them on Groupon and sadly I did not see the reviews on ******* *** asked for there license number as Im fearful this lady is not trained.

On 6/28/23 I had Botox injected, injector caused great pain along with giant lumps on my forehead. Also the Botox was running down my face. The Botox is not supposed to run down your face. I have been getting Botox for 18 years and have never had an injector cause such harm and pain that is not going away nor are the bumps. They charged me almost 7 dollars a unit yet I had units running down my face instead of being placed in my muscle.

I received Botox treatment at Beverlys Med Spa on October 12, 2022. The injectioner recommended that I get about 12 or 13 units more than I intended. She stated that to get the results I wanted, I should get a total of about 53 units instead of the 40 that I intended on getting. I asked that the needles be filled in front of me which she did, but it looked as though the bottle had already been opened. I have had Botox many times and have never had results like this. Its never been painful before but this time there was a fair amount of stinging. After the procedure, I had some red raised bumps for several days. After 4 weeks, there was absolutely no improvement. I tried calling the spa 5 times leaving messages each time, sent an email, and physically went into the spa. The manager was not in the day I went to talk to her (4:00 Wed, November 14th). The manager (****) finally called me on the 15th. She had me explain what happened (again) and when I was finished she told me they have a strict no refund policy and that it was not her fault. After explaining to her that I have never had that many units before and had much better results with far less, she told me that some women get as many as ***** units. I explained that I only had my forehead and crows feet done. I asked her if that was someones entire face and she only said that it varies from person to person deeming on age, area, etc. I asked her for the owners name and she said she doesnt deal with things like this. Because I felt I was getting nowhere, I left a review on YELP and ******* When I began reading all the reviews on Yelp and ******* there were MANY other complaints such as mine. Many pictures were posted of women with huge welts on their faces and very inadequate results. I am very concerned about what might be in whatever they are injecting into people. I also had another lady reach out to me who also had Botox that same day that I went back to Beverlys to complain. I am seeking a full refund.

I went to Beverlys Med Spa on October 7th after purchasing a Groupon for 1ML of Juvederm Filler. I looked at ****** Reviews and they seemed to be good so I went ahead and purchased the groupon. Being new to the area and not knowing anyone, I had to pick a place without any personal recommendations like I have done in the past. I paid $324 which is well below market value for the area but only $100 less than what I used to pay back in my old state so I figured it was okay and just a steal since it was on groupon. The groupon reviews seemed good on first glance as well. When I went to the spa, they were pretty nice and had me fill out some forms and then sent me in the room. Compared to the old Med Spa I used to go to which seemed more like a doctors office than spa, this place was pretty unprofessional. The injector never explained to me anything about the procedure, her credentials, or about the filler product itself which should have been a red flag in hind sight. After my injections were over, they seemed fine and looked nice but were VERY swollen and sore which I just thought was because I hadnt gotten filler in about 8 months so it was just my bodys reaction. After about two days my lips were no longer super swollen or in pain and looked good. Cut to about three weeks later, and the filler is completely dissolved. Juvederm filler is supposed to last up to 6 months. After reading more into their ****** reviews and Groupon reviews, I see that others experienced the same as me and even believe that they didnt get the product that they paid for. The injector did not fill a vial in front of me, so I have no idea what she actually injected into me. She said she is a registered nurse in ******* and this is completely unprofessional and I would like this company looked in to because I believe they are unknowingly injecting their patients with products they did not consent to.
