      If I could give them zero stars I would. ***************** gave me nothing but the run around for two months. Then bashed me and my wife's financial status personal information on ********* Luckily I found a lender that was not a scumbag thru a different company and closed on my home in 3 weeks don't use this company and DO NOT use *****************. 8/7/24

      Property that I purchased with Nexta In ************** ******* ************* Nexta Mortgage- ***************** and ************************* I recently purchased a home and was referred to ********************* and ************************* to assist on my home loan. The communication has been an absolute nightmare. There has been multiple email chains and text messages about gathering information for preparation. I was advised to have all my debt with along with account numbers and total amounts that needed to be paid off at the time of the closing. Not only was this sent to them 5 times, but they also had phone numbers to obtain authorizations to confirm debts and what was paid to the creditors. When I thought this was completed, at the time of the closing I was to receive $3,000 back. However, it was brought at the closing table that I need to" add money to my account" in order to close. Now I would like to mention. one creditor to be paid due to the debt to income ratio was my Discover card of over $9K of which they totally disreguarded. The ************ is now trying to contact the loan office to review money since it is not "adding up" and when she called *** **** about this he hung up on her. He received his $8K in commission and there is $11K in escrow that can't be released since he will not "check his numbers since there is noting accurate and money has been disbursed wrongfully. I am asking for you help and for you to know that this loan officer and his company has lied to me, doesn't pay attention to the customer and fraudulently maneuvers numbers to match what he feels fit and never gives a print out on what he tells you.This officer should not be licensed to manage financial affairs for the public.

      I am a first time home buyer. I was Connected to my agent after asking around for multiple reputable lenders. I was Given this contact information Because I was Told this was the best. I had One specific lender *****. In the beginning he was super responsive. As time goes by the communication got less and less. I was Approved to buy a house, submitted an offer and everything. Moving forward communication got worse. We finally got a closing date, which that had to be extended 3 times! While this is going on ***** told me that everything was good to go with no issues. Time kept passing by and we never received answers. I even Had reached out to his assistant with no answers as well. After the last extension the sellers refused to do any work with this company. We are still out of a home and switched to a new lender, hoping to finally close on our house. By far the WORST experience ever and I highly do NOT recommend working with this company. They promise you everything, but then go back on their words as if they never said it. Extremely shady and unreliable. Do not do business with this unprofessional company! They will cause more stress, and as we all know buying a house is Stressful enough.

      There are over **** loan officers at NEXA Mortgage and the company culture is cooperation and not competition. I've met so many NEXAns and can't get over what a wonderful company they are.

      My husband and I were connected to *************************, a Nexa loan employee, through our realtor. After going through all of the application and verification protocols, we were given a closing date of 03/16/2023. During this time, the lease on our apartment was expiring. Based on what we were told, we decided not to renew our lease. Our closing date changed to 03/25/ and then to 03/31. We continuously reiterated our situation to our realtor and loan officer. Each time we were assured by ******* that we would close before the month of March. However, that promise was not kept and no explanation was given to us. on 04/09 the seller's agent sent a document saying they would not sell if we did not close on or before 4/12 because of the excessive extensions. ******* assured us again that we would be closed by then. She also offered to pay for our appraisal if we lost the home. When 04/12 came we did not close. No one reached out to us to tell us we were not closing. In fact, we kept calling and texting ******* only for her to respond the next day saying she would only respond by text or email. My family is now homeless as we had to vacate our apartment. I recently learned that two other families who started their process working with ******* during this same time, have parallel testimonies. Requesting extensions without explanation, the lack of communication, not fully stating where the file is in the process, and reassurance of the closing. We were all strung along and ultimately duped in this process. How can we resolve this matter? I'm asking for someone look through every single detail concerning our file to see if we were handled correctly. We are seeking an answers and we expect ******* to be held accountable. At the very least , she needs to refund our money used for the appraisal as she promised.
