P****** was my next contact person who also made himself available to answer any and all questions as we proceeded with preparing our documents and gave us great guidance of what we needed to answer the lenders inquiries. T*** helped us wrap up our mortgage refinance/debt consolidation/& equity cash out loan. We never even realized this ALL was possible!
