My family is a complicated mix of disabled and special needs multi-dysfunctional loving individuals who just happen to have to have their needs be my primary focus at any/every second of my day and night. My precious time limited as such - paper work and computer work are not a priority ever never! The wonderfully professional staff at Cheer Lending are the most helpful, patient and understanding I have ever had to deal with. From a television ad inquiry the first contact person J**** was very informative, reassuring and pleasantly explained the process. J***** answered all my questions and was patient when I was hesitant to begin the process. P****** was my next contact person who also made himself available to answer any and all questions as we proceeded with preparing our documents and gave us great guidance of what we needed to answer the lenders inquiries. T*** helped us wrap up our mortgage refinance/debt consolidation/& equity cash out loan. We never even realized this ALL was possible! If not for this great team at Cheer Lending it would have been so easy to just bail on the whole re-fi as my time is so limited. Thank You Cheer Lending this has been a very Cheerful process!!

When I heard about it on the ** I thought it was a scam. I was hesitant but then after speaking with the Judge I had a different thought about it all and realized they could assist me. I had such a great experience with ******* and Judge. I had tried once before to do a refinance and pay off some debt and was told I could not do the loan for many reasons. ******* could get me just what I needed and the refinance. WOW!!! 100 STARS if i Could! ******* made our refinace process so easy. I went as far as telling him when we started the process that, "nothing was/is easy for us". Boy was I wrong, he walked me through every step of the way. His knowledge and expertise allowed me to trust the process. My husband and I were beyond nervous but we trusted *******. We had weekly phone meetings and his responsivness to my emails and questions were beyond my expectations. I so thankful for you *******.

I had the best experience working with Caprise and *****. Caprise was amazing!! She explained everything thoroughly, like the process that was ahead of us and she was beyond patient. Checked in with me more than once a week to see our progress and gave me any news she had for me (wether it was good or bad) but very transparent. Helpful, punctual, detailed, honest the list goes on and on. I cant say enough!! My frustrations with debt and the current mortgage situation I was in, had me losing my mind! ***** and Caprise were great through the entire process. We had weekly appointments to explain the process and status of refinancing my home. They explained how the process worked from the beginning and each week during our appointment. If there were concerns about any issues, they took care of handling the situation with your consent and you were present in order to discuss the presented issue with the business in question. Every process throughout was very transparent. When it comes to our finances, I feel transparency is quite important.

Ive just had a great experience in refinancing my home.
