On 4/26/24 I booked a room for 5 days. When checking in I gave the front desk a $60 cash deposit on top of the $464.52. The 1st night I was getting ready to go to bed and felt something on my head. It was a bed bug. I took it and went to the office ro show them. The man at the desk said I brought them in and he said we were going to have to leave. After arguing with the man he stated he would talk to his boss. I didn't hear anything so we went to sleep. At 7:11am they knocked on my door waking me up and informed me I had 20min to leave the property. When I went to the office to inquire abt a refund they said I would have ro go thru the booking company. I called booking.com they said the money was already sent to the hotel and I would have ro get it from chandler inn. It has been back and forth. As of today it has been 7 days with no resolution and not a word from the hotel. I do not have bed bugs. There has been an issue with them at that hotel. I want a full refund of all my money including $60 cash I have paid.

On 03.14.2023 I had made a reservation for this motel. I had requested a smoking room due to the cost of the deposit which is $60 for non smoking and $20 for smoking. Being a veteran of the armed forces(Army and US Air Force) partially disabled with a service animal and currently homeless. My partner also a veteran with serious health conditions getting shelter and being able to rest is a luxury and peace is a must. That was not the case with this place as so many other places we've stayed at in ******* ******* where the staff are anything but pleasant or hospitable. We did not get in until 2:00 a.m. and ***** who had booked with refused to switch it over to a smoking room so the $20 that my partner had was given over to be given to the deposit and we were told that we could get the rest of them the following day. At about 9:30 a.m. in the morning there was banging on the door and from the very onset the person was extremely rude and disrespectful. First thing they said was we needed to go because we had not paid the remainder part of the deposit. Then they said we'd also violated their rules and having the pet. My partner who stated that it was a service animal that is certified the person said it didn't matter. Then this employee said that they wanted our service animal to perform the services that it did in front of them and had the audacity to even ask me what type of disability I have. And when my partner mentioned that that was a violation of the American disabilities act this person ignorantly said no it was not. When we were leaving to go and get the remainder of the money after my partner tried to negotiate with them we were told that we had to **************** animal with us. And when we went to check out they refused to give us our deposit back stating that we had checked out late although we were told by a go to that it was at 10:30 a.m. not 10:00 a.m. even then the lady at the front desk harassed me about my service animal.

We made a reservation at this location from the 13th to the 15th. We made a reservation for a smoking room because the deposit was only $20 however booking through a go to there was some sort of mix-up and we were put in a non-smoking room and the deposit was $60. As we spent the last of our money being homeless and veterans on the streets we did not have the extra $40. The following morning we get a pounding on the door by a very rude employee who first thing said that we needed to go because we have the service animal but she did not know at the time it was a service animal. However after informing her was a service animal the woman violated the law by stating that the service animal needs to perform the service that it did and asked what type of disability my partner had. I gave this employee an opportunity to recant on her question but she refused to as they are ignorant to the laws so I made a report with the attorney general's office and I have an appointment with them on the 19th of april. We were able to get 30 of that deposit and when returned with the other 30 I was told that the deposit had already been paid in full. *****'s website it said the checkout time was at 10:30 a.m. and we are under the impression it was 10:30 a.m. until we got a call at 9:56 a.m. stating that it was going to be at 10:00 a.m. that gave us about 4 minutes to get out and that was not enough time. However we were out by 10:30 and we're going to get our deposit the lady at the front desk like all these low end piece of c*** motels and hotels who hire low-end people with no customer service refuse to give us our deposit back. I am very angry and very upset with the way that we've been treated they're used to dealing with people who are garbage and people who are on drugs and all the like and so they think everybody's the same. She should not have held my deposit and when I asked her why she said because we didn't get out on time. I'm seeking compensation.
