      Chandler Harley Davidson somehow transposed my employers phone number information per application into my phone number per their two systems they use to reach out by calling or texting. I purchased a motorcycle on March 18th, 2023. I Gave all my information that was required to apply for a loan and an interest rate. So far so good until this week. On Tuesday March 21st, 2023 I get a text/message from my employers manager asking why are they receiving calls and texts stating my name and asking me how I rate my purchase or links of where to go to purchase additional gear. My employer was not happy to be getting this messages and I dont blame them. I reached out to Chandler ****** and talk to ***** on the phone. She helped remove the work number and said the texts and calls should cease. I found out today Thursday March 23th, 2023 my manager is still getting calls and texts. I called back this morning and talked to ***** again. ***** had me talk to the manager of Chandler ******. I have explained to them that this seems to be unfair that knowing this is not my number and I was told work phone# they dont reach out to, is harassment and stressful since I myself could get in trouble from my employer because of this mishap. Overall manager said they corrected it and no more calls and texts will happen. How should I trust that update when told that before? This stress and harassment is definitely tarnishing future business with them since who knows what will happen for potential referrals for more business. They also sound like they are okay with a upset customer than finding a happy middle ground / compensation for the unnecessary stress of the situation they caused because of inputting the wrong number to reach out. Please help out and understand how stressful this is. I feel this could of been avoided and more care into the customer information or making up the short coming they caused.

      Our management team has been in communication with our customer pertaining to his completed application details. Although we do not see any discrepancies on our side, we are more than willing to assist the customer with any 3rd party account record updates if necessary.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      I TOOK MY **** IN FOR A WOBBLE IN THE REAR END. AFTER ***** DOLLARS FOR REPAIRS THE PROBBLEM STILL EXISTS. RETRUNED TO THE DELAERSHIP AND THEY STATED THEY MADE IT BETTER, BUT THE SYMPTOM WAS STILL THERE. **** THE SERVICE REP WAS THE ONE THAT STATED IT WASN'T COMEPETELY FIXED . THE SERVICE AGREED TO REFUND ME MONEYAPOIF TO CORRECT THAT ISSUE. ( ****) THE ** THEN CALLED AND STATED HE WOULD NOT REUND ANYTHING, AS THEY ALREADY GAVE ME A DISCOUNT. IT GOT TO THE POINT WHERE I FELT UNSAFE AND TRADED IN THE **** ELSEWHERE

      ************** brought his bikein with with multiple issues due to lack of proper maintenance andcutting corners to save money in the past. He admitted he purchased the lowestquality of tires previously because he couldn't afford the recommended tiresfor his bike. The bike also has an aftermarket 21" wheel on the front ofthe bike that effects the way the bike handles and rides. We gave himestimates to replace neck bearings and torqued them tomanufacture specs, we replaced gaskets and seals to stop the bike from leakingoil, we replaced the rear tire with a touring tire that suites hisbikes needs. We had to go with a 21" tire to fit his aftermarket21" front wheel the standard wheel on his bike was a ****************************************************************** wheel sizes will effect the handling of amotorcycle.  I spoke with ************** during the estimate phases and hecouldn't afford to pay the retail amount it was going to cost to repair hisbike so I gave him a discount to help out. Once the work was complete Mr.Lopez paid the $2,700.00 bill and took possession of his bike. Hestated it still had a slight wobble so he brought it in and it wasdetermined the front tire we installed was not rated for his bikes weight sofree of charge and our mistake we replaced it with a new 21" touringtire.  We didn't hear another complaint until after he traded his bike inat another dealership for a newer model. He then requested money back for hisfront tire and neck bearings his request was denied by me he was never told byanyone here that we were going to refund him anything.
