We purchased a street legal, 2024 Polaris General XP4 1000 from Ridenow Powersports in **** on ****** $25,880 which included $1934.30 for tax, $41.00 for registration/license and ****** for Dealer titling/processing. Afterwards we were given a copy of the bill of sale and left with the Polaris. After leaving we did not get a temporary AZ registration and upon calling, was told by the salesman **** that we do not get a temporary AZ permit and that if we are stopped while riding we should show the the bill of sale. This would apparently make everything OK for not having a license plate or temp permit paper plate on the machine. We found out from MVD that our AZ plate and registration would take approx. 30 - 45 days for this to arrive and in the meantime, we cannot legally operate this on or off road due to needing a plate or temp permit. This is in effect holding our Polaris hostage and not being allowed to operate this without breaking the law. After calling back on ****** and wanting to know why we could not get a temp permit, he commented about a rule on his wall having to do with off road vehicles not getting a temp permit. After reminding him of how much we paid in registration fees and that we are entitled to this permit and that we cannot legally operate this on or off road, and is required to be given to the purchaser by the dealer, he said that he would send this to me. He further told me that he would not be responsible for sending this and that he is sending it under duress, and mentioned what happens in all 50 states. I don't know who Ridenow Powersports Mesa or **** thinks they are, but this is a gross overstepping of power and some perceived idea that they can dictate who gets an AZ paper permit and who does not, with a vehicle we solely own and Ridenow no longer has a claim to. What we decide to do with this machine after buying this outright is our business and they have no control over this as they think they do. This needs to stop in future sales!

******** experience with this dealership. We purchased a NEW Indian challenger on 11/20/24 and it completely stopped starting exactly 2 weeks later on 12/10/24. The shop wasn't able to pick up the bike until 12/20/24. Called the service center on 12/24/24 for an update because we never received a call to let us know the issue. Service tech explained the bike had a bad starter and that quality control has not been the same since Covid being the reason why a brand new bike would need the starter replaced. We then were told the bike would be ready the 1st week on January and today's date is 1/31/25. I'm just now getting the bike delivered back to me. It took me calling both Ride Now and Indian corporate office multiple times for them to tell me the bike has been finished since 12/24/25 and we just "dropped the ball" by not communicating with you for over 40 days to receive our bike back! How does a business operate day to day without communicating with the customer while having possession of something that they own! On top of all this we had title issues at the *** because they got the address wrong and had to do an affidavit to correct it. I'm a completely understanding person when it comes to honest mistakes and things happening out of anyone's control but this has been the worst experience I've had purchasing a vehicle of any sort and it 100% could have been avoided with simple communication. I will be reaching out to the owner/operator ***** ******* of Ride now and Indians corporate office daily! until something is done about this situation. I was offered free T-shirts and a free maintenance check as compensation for this horrible experience and I'm sorry but a t-shirt for a situation like this does not work for me and I'm sure most would agree! I will be continuing to leave a negative review daily on all platforms I have access to until something is DONE!

This company is a scam! They railroaded me and put things on my contract thay i dodnt ask for. They deceived me about my credit score when i knew my credit was good, in order to stick me with a high interest rate. I kept telling **** that i didn't want certain things and he coerced me into paying for something I really didn't need and/or could get it cheaper elsewhere. ****** the salesperson also coerced me into giving him a 5 star rating knowing that i got a bad deal on a $22,000 Can Am. I want them to take off the things I don't need or asked for and give me the interest rate that reflects my credit! I feel that they took advantage of me not only being a woman, but a woman of color! I know many businesses and banks that have been known to discriminate and charge people of color more for things. I received a voicemail from ******** in the finance department after I messaged ****** the salesman and I've tried calling him back 3 times and have yet to hear back from him! They know they did me dirty and that's why they are returning my call.

Do not go here! They are definitely bait and switch. We went in to by a ***. They had one on sale with the sticker saying $16,699. We then added $1500 in parts. When we sat down to finalize the sale, the total was $28,900. They said we had to pay for delivery of the *** from the manufacturer, which it was obviously already in AZ. We also had to pay for assembly, which it was already assembled, the list goes on. CRAZY!!!!!

I dropped 3 dirt bikes off at this shop in early May 2024. They all needed an oil change and a tune-up after sitting for a year. I wanted to sell them during the 2024 ride season. I got them back on October 19, 2024. It cost over $2000 and it took them nearly 6 months! They almost never answer their phone and provided very few status updated on the bikes (meaning we had to drive there a number of times only to be told the bikes werent ready). Their customer service is terrible. I will certainly never return. If you like riding your non-******* I suggest that you avoid this shop (that shares space with the ****** dealership in the same parking lotour job clearly meant nothing to them compared to the bigger $$$ ******s rolling through there).

This complaint is about the ******** AZ location. I saw a bike on their website 3 weeks ago. There were no photos online as they had just received it and it was in service. I spent three weeks trying to get a salesperson to send me photos. The pictures finally showed up online so I called and asked for the sales manager since the saleswoman couldnt have possibly cared less about helping me. I told the sales manager about the bike I wanted and the deal I wanted to make. I was trying to purchase a 2014 *** Motorcycle. I wanted to trade in a 2017 *** Bike with comparable mileage and value. My bike is worth about $700 more wholesale to wholesale. I was looking to give my trade in plus $1000 since I knew they had to make a profit. He said hed look into it and someone would call me back. Seven hours later, after a ridiculous amount of texting and phone calls, we worked the deal down to my *** plus $2000. I gave them a card for a deposit. I live 5 hours away so I agreed to be at their location on the day that worked best for them. I thought everything was settled. ****. Then the calls started with them insisting that I had to go to the *** in ******* and retitle my bike there. I live in a different state and have the title free and clear. They kept insisting that they have no way to check the vin on my bike to check for accidents or liens on it from another state. This argument included 3 more phone calls over another hour. My wife went on Vincheck and found the printout on my bike that showed everything they were concerned about. It took her less than 2 minutes to show that my bike was in perfect shape and I owned it and they wanted me to title it in a different state so that they could see the same info? Seriously !?! What kind of ** is this? Its like the old days where they would keep you at a dealership for hours on end until you are so worn down that you just want the deal finished. I said no. Just because they have a lot of locations doesnt make them reputable.

I purchased a brand new CF Force 600 Touring quad. It has 17 miles and has been in the shop 3 times because the engine light P013029 comes on. I have asked for a replacement quad since this bike hasn't been fixed. The second time it was in the shop they damaged the paneling by the gas tank. **************** has ordered replacement panels over 2 months ago and still have not received the correct ones. When I questioned on the "lemon" law they stated it does not apply to an ATV. Since I reside in ********* it has been very difficult and time consuming on a bike that is brand new. I have asked multiple times with the management regarding the bike not being fixed. They say there is nothing they can do but put it in the shop again. I believe I have been taken advantage of and request help. This was at the ********** location and my service man is KC.
