I brought my vehicle into Earnhardt Chevrolet on 7/16/24 for a diagnostic on my 2019 2500HD LTZ Chevrolet truck. I was told it needed a *** filter, with the item on backorder I was told by the advisor to just get it cleaned cause truck only has 55k on it and these last up to 100k miles. So, I did that, two weeks later I was now told I needed a downstream nox sensor which is on a national backorder until December 2024 and a coolant resivor because that sensor was bad. If an initial diagnostic test was performed this should have been picked up then. They say they have world class multi point inspections, haha. So, with this being a national backorder I had to find the nox sensor myself which is absolutely ridiculous. I was told to pick up vehicle its all good no problems or trouble codes on the morning of (8/30/24). Went to pick up vehicle, 2 miles down the road engine light pops back on!! I stop open hood and the line to the resivor is not connected and anti freeze is everywhere. Brought back to dealer with a completely different trouble code. Advisor said oh we will just pop that on for you then the advisor say's it's the *** and you need to buy a new one it's on backorder, you have to pay for it up front? What kind of service dealer asks for a customer, let alone an employee, to pay for something when it is not complete? I asked for a loaner vehicle and was told by ******************* very rudely the service manger they don't have any. Which is an absolute lie, my wife is an employee of Earnhardt and knows if they don't have any they dont have one they rent one for the customer. The tech is very young and very inexperienced. I have had to rent vehicles, use ***** use lyft, miss work and wages all to get treated like absolute garbage is completely unacceptable! Vehicle in service for 45 days is ridiculous with zero compassion and to get treated like this is unheard of!! Should make people want to work here. More to say about this case, I'm out of patience and done wi

I traded in my car for an upgrade and got an SUV this vehicle has given me problems since day 1. I asked for the dealership to fix something and they said I had warranty to go to ******* They refused to assist me and I had no option but to find an engine expert to take a look. The East ************* told me it would take 2 months before an engine could be replaced. I have been dealing with this for months. I have taken it in and spent almost

I brought a Jeep from them last year. I told the lady that I was not interested in a Jeep she advised me that I would be able to trade that car in 1year.. when I purchased the car I had just filed bankruptcy.. I put $0 down on the car nor did I have a trade in. The car immediately had so many issues.. including the fact the battery that was put in the car was not the correct battery and auxiliary battery was corroded when I went to trade the car in they advised they were not willing to trade the car unless I paid them 4k. I have lost so much money dashing because every time I turn around I am having to make a repair on this Jeep between $500/$ 700 I am in the red and owe so many people money because of this car..this business is out here scamming people and putting them in reliable vehicles

Earnhardt Chevrolet denies deceiving or making any misrepresentations to ******, or committing any other wrongdoing in any of its interactions or dealings with her.  This includes, as an example, truthfully informing **************** a lender would require her to put $4,000 down on a purchase of a different vehicle, presumably in light of her credit and recent bankruptcy.  Earnhardt Chevrolet does not have any control over Ms.******* *************

I purchased my vehicle new in 2019 and purchased a warranty with the dealer. I only have my services done with them (until recent I had no choice to go somewhere else). The past few experiences with them have not been pleasant due to lack of communication and keeping my car longer with no outcome with my dash flashing and engine lights. They resolved that by giving me a car wash and oil change voucher. Had same issue come up again on 3/28, they couldnt help me for 2 weeks. I had to see another Chevrolet dealer.I had tires fixed with them before with no issues. Today I have a bad tire (no spare in Camaro) and the sensors are incorrect. The front tire notification is actually the back tire. Some how the sensors are swapped since last tire change and rotation. They didnt have this issue before. I call my warranty I must go to dealer I purchased vehicle. Dealer tells me they cannot see car until 5/5. They have no issue wanting to buy my car back and sell me a car but when it comes to helping me fix my vehicle they have no interest in assisting me. Now my car has a flat, I have to tow my vehicle from work and pay out of pocket for a tire that I have a free warranty on. The customer service and care is so terrible it has pushed me to finally send a complaint.

Earnhardt Chevrolet is aware of **************** concerns. The dealership has reached out to **************** and came to a mutual satisfactory resolution. Earnhardt Chevrolet admits no wrongdoing. To the dealerships knowledge, we have addressed all customer concerns.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

10/13/2021 I had a driver for the parts ***** pull into my gated area that has a clear as days long Stop Sign along with don't pull into shop area and don't block gate. My son informs him and this clown literally backs up inches and gets out of his truck and completed ignored my sons request. I come out I'm look move the truck I have a engine delivery trying to get in here. The Clown huffs and puffs and moves his truck. Then here where it starts when I said you don't need the attitude there is sign that you completely ignored. Driver proceeded to tell me to **** his D@#K and go f myself at which I found hilarious. In front of a customer I might add. So I call ******************** and I am informed he's a new driver with a "checkered past". So I find out my account has been cancelled because Earnhardt drivers cant read, clearly when they ignore the sign. Apparently have some weak men in management who cant be man enough to make a phone call.
