      Purchased a vehicle and redeemed ** Card earnings as part of the purchase. The earnings in the amount of ******** were removed from my account and sent to ********************** on 11/15/2023 and have confirmed multiple times with ** the earnings were redeemed. Freeway initially claimed the ** system was down and they could not process the redemption. I followed up repeatedly to resolve the issue and was finally told they never received the funds. I attempted to get them in contact with ** as ** stated it could easily be resolved with a phone call but no one at the dealership would take action to resolve. I have made several more attempts to contact Freeway and am just sent to voicemail with no returned calls. ** has attempted to resolve the issue and they are having similar issues with lack of response.

      My husband's **** Chev truck overheated on the highway and he called Freeway Chevrolet to see if they can work on it. They said yes (he even made sure on a ****) he had it towed there for $120.00. So I pick my husband up from Freeway Chevrolet, I see them taking pictures of the truck. The next day my husband gets a call that his truck is too old to work on...WHAT!!!!!!!NOW the issue is that they said they can work on it. We towed it there for $120.00 THEN they say oh sorry it is too old. We requested they pay for the tow for their error. NOPE!! I am requesting a reimbursement of $120.00 due to the error.

      Took my car to Chapman **************** in ******* for front end repair and spoiler repair. They sent the car home missing pieces. Had to go back for a different issue and told them the spoiler still rattles. Got the car back and was washing it when I realized it was missing front end parts from the first trip. Took it back to them and they said they would have to order the parts. They sent it out knowing it didn't have all of the parts. I also told them that the spoiler still rattles. They sent the car home a third time this time with adhesive on my trunk and the spoiler still rattles. I contacted the manager and he told me he personally drove the car after the repair but not only does the spoiler still rattle after four trips they didn't install the carpet in the trunk. They billed the insurance company for work that was never done and the work I paid for out of pocket never got fixed after four trips there. I just went and looked at my car and they damaged the paint the last time it was in there. Not only did they not fix the problem, they caused more damage

      Took my vehicle i for service, got approached to trade in my used vehicle and get a new one: :problem began with finance adding **** or so to the price of the vehicle: first manager stated that it was for the LoJack, I said I dont want it, manager replied you dont have a choice its already on the vehicle: I declined gap insurance and service for the lojack: finance stated I did not have a choice and created both contracts: spoke with ***** from corporate, stated he would help: he stopped answering my questions and did not help: **** third manager said ****** contract could not be cancelled but I did not have to use it, I just need to pay for a service I do not want or need, he stated he could cancel gap insurance, I signed a piece of paper but got no proof that it was cancel: I inquired again about the $**** his replied was those are dealer fees for me buying a car from freeway Chevrolet, for paper work and such. I would never pay a dealership to buy a vehicle or anything else, not having the ability to cancel two contracts its not right and charging a customer ****$$ for paper work and such is shady business

      I am unable to see what the agreement is supposed to be: They are not cancelling the gap insurance, the LoJack contract, or the $3995 paperwork fees; What is it exactly I need to agree to? nothing is specified

      this matter was settled with the consumer, who agreed to close the complaint upon receiving the agreed upon refund from us.       Yes last Friday I purchased a used truck from this car dealership. Original sales person was *******. First off I got pre approval from outside lender he took upon himself to do a loan outside the one I requested. After 3 offers from him I signed paperwork at 503 monthly with 0 down with my trade in car ***** impala which they still have. Every other hour there coming back with different numbers trying get the highest out of me. Finally decided on payment of 650 due to mileage on car. I signed all paperwork with finance mgr and was received keys to my truck. Towards end after signing paperwork I asked for copies the finance mgr stated his printer was down and he will email me copies of paperwork Saturday morning I said ok thats fine. Saturday I worked most of day and noticed I have not received anything. So I proceeded to call and was told I would get it, few days passed still no copies of documents I signed. I called and complained, they sent me to sales mgr *****. ***** stated their finalizing deal and will get paperwork Emailed once again. I had issues with truck was told to bring in Wednesday for service but I will be charged for loan car . I denied that and dropped truck off to my mechanic. I texted ***** stating if I dont get my paperwork Im going to a lawyer. As soon as I told him lawyer he told me deal was off and bring the truck back with my black a** I know my laws so said no until i get my paperwork he stated he was putting the truck into recovery and would charge me for that. Im trying take care of this before I *** them I have all messages and voicemails saved.

      On October 24th, I purchased a vehicle from Freeway Chevrolet. I paid $57,000 not including taxes and additional transaction/DMV fees. The description of the vehicle online did not match what came with the car once it was received. The items missing totaled about $3,000. The given solution from Freeway Chevrolet was $500 which is no where near the equivalent to the amount that was missing from the vehicle The dealerships argument was, that I did not pay for the accessory package that came with the car. If that had been the case, then the value of the vehicle should have decreased, with the assumption that I did not pay for it. Which it did not. The ** customer service representative advised me to contact The Better Business Bureau for further investigation.
