This was the worst service we have EVER gotten buying a car from! To the sale rep ******************* to the finance *****************************. He went the day prior and was told his walking out the door price was $48,000 with everything sales tax etc then he left to talk with me and we agreed to that price. He went back the next day without me as were in the middle of a move across country and the price went to almost $53,000. No one had a single explanation as to why until just 10 minutes after talking to ***** he said he went AFTER my husband left to find out why it was such a big difference and they said it was a one day special. Failed to fight for my husband when he was there doing the sale and we found this out 5 days later! My husband is active duty and also spent 6 hours there trying to figure out the $500 military rebate and ***** said if we couldnt figure it out wed get billed $1,000. The lack of communication and pushyiness and lack of wanting to truly help and understand why the price was so different is not there at all! They dont care about their customers at all and only care about money! Stay far away from this dealership at all costs they take full advantage of the military members!!

My husband's **** ***** truck overheated on the highway and he called Freeway Chevrolet to see if they can work on it. They said yes (he even made sure on a ****) he had it towed there for $120.00. So I pick my husband up from Freeway Chevrolet, I see them taking pictures of the truck. The next day my husband gets a call that his truck is too old to work on...WHAT!!!!!!!NOW the issue is that they said they can work on it. We towed it there for $120.00 THEN they say oh sorry it is too old. We requested they pay for the tow for their error. NOPE!!

These people lack a shred of ethics and don't honor any agreements they make, even in writting with a deposit paid. I would avoid at all costs, especially with something as important as an automobile purchase.I waited 2 1/2 years for a C8 Z06 and when my allocation came up, they never even called me. I only found out because I called annonomously to try and order one. Best part, after I tore into them, they offered me to buy it for an extra $95,000! Lol Incredibly tone-deaf. Imagine being a 60 year old man and not having a care in the world s******* someone out of a car they have been waiting 2 1/2 year for... No wonder ***** is putting these losers out of business.I have been in contact with another person they did this to so it wasn't an accident, very much intentional. Call me at three six oh, seven seven **************** zero five if this happened to you and you want to do something about it.

Worst dealership Ive ever dealt with beyond a doubt dont return phone calls dont get back to you all I wanna do is sell you a truck and then after that youre on your own poor customer service poor service all the way around I purchased a 2018 ***** Silverado ********************************************************************************************************************************* $15,000 when I try to get back to them Nobody will return my phone calls I ended up calling ***** corporate and they were no help they never call you back I will badmouth Chevrolet to everybody I talk to a pile of junk when I was growing up ***** met something in that quality reliability now its a piece of s*** worst vehicle Ive ever owned and dont ask them forhelp

The worst experience ever! I would never recommend them for anything. I made an appointment and ******* did not put in the correct service order. They treated me like I was a 2nd class citizen. They lied about fixing my car then wanted to charge an additional amount to fix what they should have fixed in the first place. The manager was condescending. The tech in the service department yelled at me and refused to assist me. I have never experienced service like this.

********************** did a **** & switch on me Sat. 9/10/22. I thought I was paying $14995 for a 2019 **** Fiesta, the price marked on its window. When I got a good look at the sale bill, I paid $3000 more, $17995. I was shocked that they did that to a 77 yr old Veteran. Freeway Chevrolet Chandler area car Dealership are liars scammers I recently buy a car they didnt tell us where the car at and take our money down payment. All we need is honesty tell us where the car and when it should be arriving on the area. This is really prostratinggive us the car that we ask which is the ***** Traverse 2022.

Dishonest and unethical, staff committed fraudulent advertising on vehicle I purchased. I purchased a 2021 tahoe and it included accessories package on the their website. When the vehicle was delivered to me in ********** that package was not included. I contacted my sale agent and he advised me that I would receive everything by mail and not to worry about it. 3 weeks later and I have not received anything. Summited a complaint with GM and it was a waste of time.
