momdoc is unprofessional, unexperienced staff, not caring, does not have medical bed manners. if there is -0 stars, I would have selected it. if you're pregnant, don't waste your time and stress yourself and baby, it is NOT WORTH IT. I scheduled an appointment for specifically blood test after I had tested positive for pregnancy, a women that seems like doesn't know what she's doing took me in for urine sample and then for a 30 minutes questions (while her colleague is training her and whispering in her ear) that I could have simply checked on a medical history form, then she asked to take off all my clothes so that the midwife can come in, and guess what, I sat there, naked, pregnant and emotional for over 25 minutes which is unacceptable in the medical field. then the midwife finally enters, she was great, however, she mentioned their rules about not having a doctor deliver you, it will be whomever in the hospital that day. after she had finished her 30 min testing and talking, she told me that I will finally get my blood drawn, I sat and waited again!!! for over 20 minutes for the untrained employees to come and inform me that they are busy, they will draw blood next time, I was furious and expressed that this is why I am here, their customer service sucked! medicine was not called in to the pharmacy, it was a total waste of Time and energy to drive 1 hour back and forth for NOTHING! I am now looking for a doctor that will deserve my business and give me the treatment I need as a pregnant woman. I never write reviews but If I can help a pregnant woman not to go through what I went through, I will and thats my way. Congrats on your pregnancy, look somewhere else,

Was new to ******* and unfortunately suffered a miscarriage a few months after arriving. MomDoc was the only place I could get into immediately. Long story short, I stopped going to them in November, started going in October. However ever since then, every time I get a bill from them, the amount increases by a few hundred dollars, even though I have been making monthly payments. I haven't received an actual statement from them since January. They just text my phone with a remaining balance, which mysteriously always increases and no one can give me a straight answer as to why.

Momdoc is highly unethical and unprofessional provider. They are notorious for medical negligence and mal-practices, and they should not be allowed to practice or provide any services. Similar to others, I have very horrible experience of medical negligence during genetic testing conducted by MomDoc.To provide clarity on the medical negligence incident:1.MomDoc misplaced my blood sample for genetic testing. MomDoc initially misled us by stating that the reports were ready for discussion, only to admit during an office visit that the sample was lost. And then momdoc charged us for that office visit. Due to this negligence, we decided not to utilize their services any longer and made it very clear in that office visit.2.Two days later, MomDoc informed us that an unnamed blood sample, potentially belonging to me, was found. However, I suggested to MomDoc that the sample was not reliable, and we did not want to continue with it. I also reminded MomDoc that we are no longer using their services. Despite my request and clear statements, MomDoc/ LabCorp tested the unnamed sample. To my surprise, I am now being charged for a service I explicitly declined. I urged momdoc to take immediate action and address this matter with LabCorp. I even sent momdoc a certified letter narrating the incidence and asking them to resolve this issue, but momdoc refused to receive the letter and chose not to solve it.

I have never not had a billing issue with them. I get HRT and have to pay for it as insurance doesnt cover it. I go every 3 months and every time, without fail, I get a text that I owe $1400+. Every time Im told they have to manually post these payments yet in the last year it hasnt been done. I told them this is harassment and I will be contacting their corporate office to file a formal complaint. Nothing ever changes so now I am filing that complaint. If I have to refuse to pay in order to get their attention then thats what Ill do. The number of complaints Ive seen with this very issue tells me they have zero intention of fixing their problem.

The first appointment I had was great. After that it really was horrible. One appointment they forgot about me and I was left in a room for over an hour. Multiple appointments there systems were down. I had to do a 3-hr glucose test which I called ahead to ask if I can come a specific day and they approved once I got there I had to leave because the lab person wouldnt be there long enough. I had Premature Rupture of Membrane ant 23weeks and instead of sending me to an emergency room they scheduled an appointment when I called the nursing line. When I made it to the appointment the doctor told me I needed to go the emergency room instead of there. Which is ridiculous because they scheduled the appointment for me. Now Im left with another copay when I shouldnt have been scheduled an appointment. Recommend going elsewhere for service.

Ive been to MomDoc twice. Once they scheduled me with the PA when I needed to see an MD ok cool so I simply reschedule. Then I go to get a Wellness Exam at a different location but still with MomDoc, they freaking forgot about me. I was waiting in the exam room for 45 mins but I decided I cant wait any longer! They tell me oh the doctor is running behind why the freak did no one let me know that the doctor was almost AN HOUR BEHIND!!! And they the doctor and medical assistant could say was oh sorry Im so freaking mad!

Momdoc was awful. They don't let you pay a copay until the leave you with a ******************* after delivery. There is no communication, there is always a different provider. You just kind of get what you get and it is not good care. I am happy that this was my 3rd baby because I would have been freaking out if it was my first.
