      The hired my company to clean up a mess they made in one of their customer's pools and burned us on payment. The customer was happy that we came out in a timely fashion and did what we could to clean their mess out of the water without using their pool equipment, preventing further damage. **** was who called and hired us. Bridge burnt.

      Not accurate. They started using a port a vac and ended up using the customer's filtration system. This was not our agreement. They were supposed to only use their equipment. ******** was very upset with the mess and and said if he had hired them he wouldn't have paid them. We used another company to finish it correctly. Bridge was never built. ****** workmanship that had to be completed by another and tarnishing our business. *********************************, our client, will confirm the accuracy.

      This company is overpriced, lacking in communication, and empathy. They had left our pool covered in plastic because of the prep work and the dust, but they failed to tell us it would be left on overnight. We have 4 dogs that need to pee, and one of our dogs was starting to vomit in the house so we put him outside to get sick, and he fell through the plastic covering the pool. Thank god we were watching or he would have drowned. When I called to question why we were not told the plastic would be left on, and that my dog almost drowned I got ***** No **** compassion, no concern what so ever. They also didn't cover anything, or clean up very well. Dust, and flake is all over our property. After two days of cleaning it ourselves I'm done!!! Buyer Beware!

      Thankfully, the dog is fine. The job was explained to take multiple days with the prep work being two of those. We leave the plastic covering a pool until we are finished with the prep. The pool was masked the entire first day and at no time was it removed until the third day. Not certain how this was not known.

      Wow, Very condescending! The customer relations skills are you are showing is amazing! (NOT). It has taken this long to respond to my review? For your information we were not told the plastic would be up overnight. As the customer/Dog owner we should have been asked if we were comfortable having the plastic on while no work was being done. For the cost of having the job done, and knowing we have 4 dogs it should have been common courtesy to ask.

      ????????Galaxy Concrete. #1 very expensive $6k #2 its hot as h*** in your feet so they provided me carpet so I can at least walk to my pool #3 they replaced my plastic strips and now they curl up and ill not come out and fix them. they say its not their product so i need to contact someone else to fix what they chose to do. Plus they told me it was okay that I didnt drain my pool half way because we have pebble tech and it was 110. outside

      We do not warranty the plastic drainage strips. We warranty our product and our service. We offered to replace the strips for the cost of them plus labor. The client found this to be unsatisfactory.

      1st. It was offered to replace the plastic strips as they messed up the original ones. At no extra cost. Because they damaged our original ones. 2nd they came out when I mentioned it was super hot on our feet to check things out and 1 of the 2 guys that came actually mentioned something about them curling, I did tell him I keep stepping them down when I see them. My husband wasnt happy with the curling so I tried for a couple months to have some come fix them. Not realizing at the time how they fixed them to begin with by just putting them on top of the original ones. 3rd no one would even get back to me til I made a comment on a ******** post then they called right away. 11/21 - I get a call saying they dont warranty the strips, that I needed to call the pool company (that makes no sense) I said the pool company didnt put in the faulty strips, Galaxy did. Not once on the phone call yesterday did they say anything about replacing them at our expense. However paying $6,000 it shouldnt be my expense for their mess up. Poor business ethics

      Absolutely creepy experience an have picture to prove. Company came to my house. My wife, child, wifes friend and child were in our home. My wife sent me a picture after one of the workers was continuously caught staring in our back patio windows. When I confronted the company they turned a complete blind eye to the matter and told me feel free to state anything via social media. I did just that abs now they have blocked me from sharing any content which screams guilty and not wanting to be held accountable for what was and did take place. After the job was complete the lead didnt even bother calling me. But instead decided to go to the front door. My wife didnt answer because she was completely freaked out for her and my one year old sons safety. As said I have picture proof of the employee creeping inside my house. Furthermore the only reason they were back at my property was because the job wasnt done right in the first place. I was sold a product abs it didnt live up to what they sold us in the beginning. If this company continues to employee such individuals and not hold themselves to accountable measures to such shenanigans then someone else should do so and investigate this. The manager whom I spoke with was completely understanding in the beginning with actually staying he would be raising the same h*** as me if this happened to his wife and children and said he was in full agreement with me. But then took a different tune after speaking with up upper management. In the end I hope this happens to know one else and feel it needs to be brought to the publics attention in which I did but now no longer can as I they have blocked me from their social media platform as I expressed earlier. Thank you for taking the time to read this. If this happened to my family it surely is due to happen to others. Safety and peace of mind is everything. My wife still remind highly uneasy and doesnt even want to be in our home at present until this ******* down ~ ****** R

      While we have sincere empathy for the client's wife who felt uncomfortable with us working outside of their home, we repeatedly assured him there was no reason to be concerned. Our employee has done over 300 jobs with absolutely zero issues. To the contrary he has received countless compliments for being "friendly, knowledgeable, and patiently willing to answer any questions." When questioned, our employee admitted to noticing the two children happily playing while he was rolling the topcoat on their patio. At no time, are we in the home and we always knock on your door upon completion. This is done so the work can be reviewed and we can collect payment. This is outlined in our contract. The client demanded **** discount. We did not feel it was merited,

      First and foremost there is a first time for everything. Obviously it was a concerning enough ordeal for my wife to bring it to my attention and for me to bring it to yours. The proof is in the picture of your employee creepily staring inside our home. Please have your facts straight here as well. I didnt demand anything. Your company asked what they could do to compensate for such a horrible experience abs I merely stated you tell me what you are willing to offer. You started with refunding the costs of labor which would have been around $700 I said make it an even thousand and the manager I spoke to a ************************* said that shouldnt be any problem at all. Shortly there after I received a rude phone call back from **************** and here we are now. The unprofessional of your company is one thing but the fact that you think its ok to have a customers wife creeped out the way my wife was is what absolutely disgusts me. You all live with yourselves. You got my money and thats all that matters to you.

      My experience with Galaxy was AMAZING, FROM ******* OUR SALES PERSON AND **** WHO HEADED THE **** DID A PHENOMENAL JOB! THE ***** AND POOL TRANSFORMATION WAS UNBELIVABLE AND CAN NEVER THANK **** ENOUGH FOR ALL HIS WONDERFUL WORK ! I AM VERY GRATEFUL
